Bad smell and unhelpfull staff.

It smelled bad inside. Staff were unhelpfull, vain and it seemed like they didn't want to be working there. I asked several times one thing because I didn't understand and they kept talking in german to me. Rude. I know it's a motel and not a 5 star hotel but at least pretend you care about your customers.

Good Price/performance

The room was big and since it is a motel next to autobahn, it is very easy to access and continue the journey next day. I have used this motel many times when I needed to rest for a day while driving through autobahn. You get some discount from the restaurants and from the market which is included to the autobahn service area. There is always some place to park the car.

The motel is relatively old and not renovated. There is no internet at all - if you need it.

Aimed at lorry drivers

No fan or air conditioning in 25+ degree heat Facilities including in the service station itself were dirty with flies everywhere This is mainly aimed at lorry drivers we think as there were many many of them around Our sunglasses were stolen Room was small, smelt off On an industrial location and next to a motorway

It is close to the Autobahn

We have stayed here a lot over the years, but it needs som TLC. Carpets are stained, and restaurants closes at 20.00 so the only thing you can eat are from the Café or MC Donalds.

Plenty of parking. Very friendly & helpful staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Selection of food available in the self service restaurant with a McDonald's restaurant in the next room. There is also a shop with essentials, gifts and a cafe bar. Easy access on and of the autobahn. Recommended for short stays.

cigarette holes in curtain nets, bed headboard and bits on the carpet. quite a tired room that needs upgrading, quite old and tired. didn’t smell great…

The location was good as it was near the autobahn. The room was spacious but lit dimly, sheets were clean and crisp.

the room needed more lighting, the front area around the bedroom windows needs a bit of gardening and looking after. very noisy with people coming and going from the service station entrance, breakfast was a mcdonalds but not breakfast menu just normal menu, ffod and drink were expensive

There is a shop and a McDonalds next to the motel. And the staff was very friendly!! We stayed here for 1 night and the beds were clean!

The accommodation was really outdated. And price/quality not really fair I think. Also on the pictures you can see a playground, but I haven’t seen it.

Worth the money.

Bathroom/shower was very spacious and comfortable.

The paid wifi was terrible. Had extremely slow service. Could not even download a movie on my son's tablet. Ended up disconnecting and using mobile data.

oh the carpet on the floor it looks like it never been clean they have had spots black spots actually on the carpet and the heating wasn’t Properly functionable actually it was a little bit cold in the room
