Good for short stay

Location is great, in a very nice district, where Italian live, thus full of small bars, shops etc. , close to parks and in a walking distance to all turistic atractions. Train station 40 min on foot (but bus stop just next to the appartment). Flat was very spacious, with external windows to the street, equiped in most useful things (including iron, hairdyer, plates, glasses etc.). Very good for short stays, good for longer ones. I recommend Neri bar located close for breakfasts (capuccino + sweet cornetto or brioche = about 3 euro). Delicious!

Mattresses in double beds were old and uncomfortable (single ones were fine). Generally quite clean place, but not perfectly. There were balls of dust under beds and in corners, as well as exhaust fan in a bathroom. Quite expensive taking into account that cleaning of the appartment and change of towels was just once a week. It was strange, as such approach discourages long-term rental. Also, part of cleaning people did work well, while the others not so (we had to clean the floor with water ourselves few times after "cleaning" with any bad smelling product as the floor was sticky). So it depends which relay of cleaning staff you hit. Ceilings transmit vibrations and noise thus you can hear walking neighbours living up to you. Also even with windows closed you can hear the cars from the street (and machines cleaning street early morning). Wardrobe that was seen on the photo in a living room was just to keep cleaning equipment, so it was no space to keep clothes when you life in this room (dedicated to 4 people in fact). Wi-fi connection far from perfect, and we had to use our mobile one in 2 rooms (it works well only on first room).

The bathroom shower need to improve/ Hot and Cold water The water pressure were not working and sometime the hot water is not working and have to wait too long and the water from the shower is not good

The apartment was very clean and spacious Although the apartment is old, it is well-maintained Self check-in was simple and convenient – just took the key and entered without any personal contact Great location – only 5 minutes’ walk to the city center Grocery store nearby, even open on Sunday Many cafes right in the same building The kitchen had almost everything needed to cook There was a washing machine, which was very useful

The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator The street outside was quite noisy, especially at night The shower drain was clogged and the water didn’t drain properly

Flat showed its age in some aspects like design, switches etch. One of the rooms was over an important busy street and therefore couldn't sleep with window open during summer

Passable

Large, comfortable and clean apartment.

It was very hot in the summer, we had to open the windows to stay inside during the night as the heat was unbearable, but the noise from the street was very loud. There were only small fans. I wouldn't recommend staying in the summer. We tried to contact the owners during our stay, but we didn't hear back.

Good stay, but looks differently

Nice location, about 15 minutes walk from the city center and near the bus stops. Good connection to the train station and coach station. On the other side of the street, there is a supermarket and there are nice restaurants and sorbeteria in surrounding buildings. Check-in was not a problem, we were able to leave our luggage earlier. There is free wifi, a washing machine, a balcony, dishwasher, an AC unit in the living room and bedroom. In the lobby there is a vending machine with local beer - it accepts only cash, but there is a machine to exchange paper money to coins. Instructions via email were very very detailed and helpful! Overall good stay.

The apartment went through restoration and it looks a bit different than in the pictures. Previously it looked better, but now it looks cheaper. There was some stuff lacking like a tray to the electric oven or only two dishwasher tabs. Also there is no staff on-site or anyone to help you with bags if you would need it.

Hosts were reachable by phone all the time and this made the check-in very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable and at walking distance from the city center. A luggage deposit was also available.

Spacious apartment & clean. Well equipped. Location is right beside a bus station & around 25 mins walk to city center. A supermarket is nearby.

Bathroom didn’t have a lock from inside. Mattresses aren’t comfortable. Apartment door does not close without locking so its sometimes an issue for a group of travelers to have 1 key.

Easy check-in (key pick-up in the locker). Nice and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location (many shops, easy transport to the centre) Clean and well equipped apartment (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine).

Some amenities that we would have expected (or would have been practical) were unfortunately missing - e.g. toaster, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning. But we were still very satisfied with the accommodation :-)

Crazily over-priced rental

The apartment was very clean and access upon arrival was easy (no one welcomed us; we let ourselves in).

This rental cost €190 per night, off season, for a 30sqm studio facing a VERY loud avenue with floor-level moon-shaped windows that let in next to no light but allow passers-by to see you. Obliged to keep curtains closed and turn on naked bulb overhead lights. No door between bedroom and kitchen (where fold-out couch is located). Entrance door not insulated, so very loud in hallway whenever other renters came in late. 20L water heater for a property listed as accommodating four people. Unsafe wiring on water heater. For 190€ a night, we were not provided shower gel. This property is perfectly acceptable for a per-night price of 80€ . Not more.
