Perfect location, very clean. Please add pictures of all the rooms in Booking's site.

Breakfast was not included, however in Via Saragozza there's plenty of pasticcerie to have a great one. The location was perfect: within walking distance from San Luca path under the portici and the city center inside the ancient walls.

The Booking picture of the room was not representing the real room that was assigned to us. Moreover, the room in the picture was full of natural light whereas the real room was not.

Accomodation for original price is ok, but bad experience came from bad communication: there is garage that we were able

Property is spaciouse with really large terrace! It fits 6 persons, and it has good beds!

All facilities are poor, shower is half broken, some lights are not working, sink is broken, heating is not well explained how it works, so it was cold during the day

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la camera non perfettamente pulita, alcune parti dell' arredo rovinate o non funzionanti. In più la sorpresa più spiacevole è che una volta pagata la cifra pattuita su subito scopri di dover pagare in più la tassa di soggiorno che alza ulteriormente il prezzo. Consiglio di inserire l' importo già nella cifra proposta su booking per una maggiore trasparenza nel confronto di prezzi con altre strutture.

Ottima soluzione fuori dalle mura

Appartamento (unità 16) accogliente, pulito e super spazioso. Terrazza incredibile, stavamo per rinunciare a l'unica serata in centro a disposizione per rilassarci lì.

La posizione non è delle migliori: 30/40 minuti a piedi dal centro. Tuttavia, la zona sembra ben servita da mezzi pubblici che consentono di dimezzare i tempi di percorrenza.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e molto confortevole.

Mi è piaciuta innanzitutto l’ottima disposizione degli spazi, poi la scrupolosa pulizia degli ambienti e la temperatura ottimale che il gestore ci ha fatto trovare. Letti comodissimi.

La struttura è davvero molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli. Uno dei punti forti è il grande parcheggio interno, comodissimo per chi arriva in auto. La posizione è eccellente: il residence si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, con fermate degli autobus a pochi passi, rendendo gli spostamenti semplicissimi. Un’altra chicca è la vicinanza al meraviglioso Portico di San Luca, raggiungibile in appena 2 minuti a piedi, così come lo stadio — perfetto per chi desidera assistere a una partita senza stress. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Massimiliano, sempre disponibilissimo e attento a ogni richiesta. Esperienza davvero consigliata!
