Amazing place to stay! Great location and fit our family's needs perfectly. Well stocked and felt just like home. It was awesome!!!

The reviews were excellent for this property so our expectations were perhaps higher than they should have been. The apartment (premier 3 bedroom) was very dated and less comfortable than hoped. Our goal to be close to the train station was key. Easy 10 minute walk and staff support was terrific. Quite goud location overall.

Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!

Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie.

Nicely located property, but there was extremely loud construction happening on the building and it was too loud to spend anytime in the apartment during the daytime. Very friendly and helpful property manager for check-in!

The Studio Vita apartment was great. There was some confusion with communication as I tried to contact them via Hotels.com and never heard back. Then I tracked them down from their actual website and What's App. I didn't see the arrival instructions since I was looking for them through Hotels.com, so some instruction via the actual booking site would be helpful. After that, the stay was great. We made use of the washing machine and ate some great meals in the city!

Otel is located in very close place to old town. Very easy to reach old town by walking-10min. Unfortunately there was a some kind of construction in the building and it was really difficult to sleep. If you are planing to stay soon, you better to check the construction situation.

Excellent apartment. The location was within walking distance of everything. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed, good a c, good shower, well equipped & great terrace. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The location is fantastic as a base for walking around Bologna and we enjoyed it throughly as a family with a 3 year old daugther and a 7 year old son. They were extremely helpful and responded blazingly fast.

Stayed for 3 nights in February, overall enjoyed the property. Positives: - Great central location, 5-10 min walk to the Two Towers and other sites. - Plenty of coffee, dinner and drink spots nearby. - Great service on arrival. - Reasonably Priced. - Nice (shared) terrace to relax on. - Large double bed. Negatives: - Shower stuck on lowest height (had to take it off and hold to use). - Unpleasant smell in bathroom when we'd been out all day. - Very loud neighbours late one night

A Gem in the Ghetto It was quite an experience living in Studio Vita. A homey and spacious feel right at the heart of Bologna. Valerio was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely maintained. It’s like living in a home away from home! Strategic location gives you walking access to the train station, some cool restaurants, Bologna’s landmarks and some cool shops!
