Nice and spacious apartment close to the center of Bologna. Close to bars, restaurants and public transports.

Clean, big enough for a family of 3, comfortable, easy acces, well equiped. The bathroom is a little bit smelly, but, i gues is from the pipes of the building.
The location is very good. Walking distance from the old town. It has all the facilities for a convenient stay. Restaurants/bar/pastery near by, and also, supermarket.

- Clean and reasonably well-equipped
- Quiet despite reviews online saying it was noisy. It is next to a busy street but it is well sound-proofed
- Good air-conditioning
- City bike parking directly in front of building
- Extremely uncomfortable mattress. When I complained, they added a mattress topper but it still sucked. It’s unacceptable to have a mattress this bad in a hotel or apartment. I would have given this place a 9 otherwise but I couldn’t do it after sleeping on that mattress for 6 nights
