Cleanliness was the biggest issue
The host was responsive even though the check-in process was tedious. Hot water was available at all times and the heaters worked well.
The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that would have been no problem if the property was worth it. Firstly, while the host knew that we were going to be 4 people living in the house, only one bed was made, while the sofa beds we had to make ourselves, without even the bedsheets being readily available. The bedsheets that were provided were not clean and had some stains. Generally cleanliness was not at all satisfactory for the price. The shower was a bit weird and you had to be very careful not to flood the bathroom, since there was no shower curtain.

Ήταν λίγο δύσκολη η διαδικασία για να κάνω heck in. Επίσης θα προτιμούσα να είχε γίνει αυτό την προηγούμενη μέρα και όχι στο δρόμο για το κατάλυμα καθώς αυτό μας δημιούργησε μεγάλο άγχος για το αν θα λάβουμε τελικά κωδικό εισόδου στο κατάλυμα.

Mancanza di telecomando per l'aria condizionata a fine giugno quando è nota la necessità a Bologna del condizionatore. Carta igienica mancate, così come le lenzuola per il divano letto. Tutto segnalato durante il primo giorno, nessun cambiamento (Appartamento in via della crocetta, 18)
