Completely finished with parquet, it opens onto a large entrance where there is a sofa for 2 people with a cabinet.
The living room is spacious and very bright, furnished with a double sofa bed, a single armchair and a large bookcase. A flat screen TV, complete with DVD, is at guests' disposal.
In the living room there is also an extendable dining table, capable of seating up to 6 people.
The eat-in kitchen is close to the living room and is fully equipped with electric oven, stove, dishwasher and a small table, convenient for a quick breakfast. Nespresso is also available and, upon request, the possibility of ordering capsules.
The sleeping area - accessed via a corridor starting from the entrance - leads to the two bedrooms, one of the bathrooms and the walk-in closet.
The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, a safe and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, made to measure. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, which on request can be divided into two single beds. Through this room you can access the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with a portable air conditioner. Finally, the bathroom is characterized by dark wood parquet and white ceramic coverings; has a spacious shower cabin.
The second bathroom is located next to the kitchen door and is equipped with a shower cabin built in masonry.
The apartment was renovated in late 2013 making extensive use of color to make the atmosphere of each room pleasant and relaxing.
