Spacious, incredibly comfortable and bright apartment in central Bologna!

The apartment is great, brand new, incredibly spacious and super well heated. Location is very central and perfect for walk strolls in Central Bologna.

The only minus is that it's the only part of the building without lift, not the best if you have heavy luggage.

Great, modern place, excellent location – horrible check-in experience

The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town, about 10 minutes from la Piazza Maggiore . The apartment is modern, with great beds and modern air conditioning. There are no separate rooms so everybody sleeps in one space (with two of the beds being on the upper level), which might be a problem in some cases.

The property is marked completely without an address (just with coordinates) wrong on booking.com, so we ended up being ~10 minutes from the real location, in the scorching heat, with 5 luggages and a 5-year old. The check-in instructions we received were two videos, nothing was written down. When I desperately called the WhatsApp number I communicated with, I received the message: "don't call, just message". What helped us was that the name of an attorney office appeared in the video, and we found it on Google Maps. We also got help on WhatsApp – we had to call an Italian number to have the front gate opened for us.

Excellent stay for such a low price.

Very easy to check in, exceptionally clean, everything was very new and clean, all the things needed existed and either new or very well maintained. Check out was also very easy. And the price is very low, I stayed in much more expensive places with less comfort.

Todo está genial: el mobiliario, limpieza, espacio, ubicación, servicios...

Lo único que mejoraría del alojamiento para que fuera super ideal, sería añadirle un baño más. Había un baño para 6 personas. Pero el resto de la casa super bien!!!!

Sicuramente posizione e pulizia sono i punti forte di questo appartamento

forse un kit di accoglienza non guasterebbe ,con tea, zucchero ,spugna e detersivo per piatti sul lavello , piccole cose che possono essere di aiuto , uno stampato con scritto cosa si consiglia di visitare e dove ma sono piccolezze nel complesso la struttura in un bellissimo palazzo storico è veramente unica
