Appartamento in ottima posizione, con , se disponibile , il parcheggio ad un costo extra , impagabile in centro a bologna avere la macchina di fronte a casa. Molto silenzioso, pulito, doccia molto grande. Certamente tornero’.

The location was fantastic and communication excellent, collecting keys, getting in all excellent.
This is not a complaint but merely an observation in case the owner wants to address them. It could be cleaner, the insides of the cupboards need a good wash as do the utensils etc. For charging €500 a night, having cheap fold up chairs to sit on is not adequate. The spiral staircase railings are plastic and very dangerous if you have kids or any unsteady person leaning against them. The duvets are very thin and the extra pillows in the cupboard are very stained.

Het is compact en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, het ligt geweldig in de ring van Bologna en is nog geen 5 minuten lopen voordat je in een winkelstraat zit. Lekker dichtbij supermarkten en restaurants. Eigenaar is aardig en is goed te bereiken. Appartement zag er onderhouden en schoon uit. De airconditioning werkte perfect om het in de nacht af te koelen.
Het inchecken ging moeizaam, we stonden eerst aan de verkeerde kant van het gebouw, omdat er stond dat je van beide kanten het gebouw kon betreden. Bij het binnenkomen werden we verrast met een kapotte plank en een collectie borden op de grond die kapot waren. Daar kon de eigenaar niks aan doen maar zegt wel wat over de stevigheid van de planken in de keukenkastjes. De douche is heel klein en je kan je er nauwelijks in ronddraaien.
