A great friendly,value hotel in OLD TOWN Faro

Our room was comfortable with a large balcony overlooking a street to old town with comfortable beds and nice to have a small desk to sit at and enough storage for luggage and clothes…rooms were quite sound proof which is always nice a great value hotel ..always nice to have an elevator to your room.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location, walking distance to everything, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff were beyond helpful and made sure our stay was easy, they were quick to respond to our questions.

Great choice for Bologna stay

It is very close to the train station, great location, also close to the center (walk distance). The apartment is cozy and spacious. Wifi was great, amenities and toiletries also. I recommend it 👌 Also, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Davide met me at the door and showed everything The studio is well appointed and equipped, the bathroom and kitchen work well, nothing else to wish for.

It must have been my own mistake, but I expected the studio to have a balcony. It is important to note that one of the the 3 studios (No 3) does not have a balcony.

Close to train station, good for self-catering.

Spacious studio apartment, light, roomy bathroom, well-appointed kitchen facilities with full-size fridge. some basic provisions like oil, salt, pepper and bathroom amentities. Comfy bed, air-con all as expected. on 5th floor but a small lift that worked fine. Short walk to the train station, grocery shop and small fruit shop very close. Host met us and explained how things worked and had plenty of suggestions for things to do, dining etc and followed this with messages and weblinks.

Although it is convenient to the train station which we wanted, it is a bit of a walk to the historical aspects of bologna which could be a problem for some people. They are reinstating trams which might make it easier to get around the city.

4 day stay in Bologna

This is a lovely apartment. I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband last week. It was spotless. A lovely bright apartment with a little terrace where you could sit out. It was very close to Bologna Centrale train station, a 6/7 minute walk so very convenient if you arrive by train as we did or indeed if you are getting the Marconi express monorail which also goes from the train station directly to the airport.. We were travelling back from Bologna Airport and got this. We were about a 15 minute or less walk to the main square Piazza Maggiore but there are so many restaurants and shops along the way. Lovely little side streets to wander through. David was a very good host and kept good contact via what’s app. He was at the apartment to meet us . He was very helpful and sent me on lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do . I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a stay in Bologna.

Nice flat

The apartment is in a convenient location walking 7 min from the train station. There are also buses close by. Despite the proximity to the traffic circle is very quiet. To the historic center by walk 15 min. The apartment is clean and spacious. The sofa and dining table will allow two people to stay comfortably. In the apartment all necessary things.

The apartment is nice and comfortable but compared to other apartments I have stayed in Florence I think the price is a bit too high for the standard.

A comfortable base base for exploring Bologna.

A comfortable, secure apartment with an easy walk to the train. Check in was easy as host met us. On the 5th floor with a lift. Good natural light and pleasant view. Well maintained. One issue reported was fixed quickly. In floor heating makes the room comfortable. Close to a supermarket.

A few more utensils for self catering would be useful.

Not great, not terrible

The apartment was spacious, with a huge wardrobe and a big fridge; also the balcony was nice. Bed was very comfortable - not too soft and with a set of good, normal cotton linen. Many towels in the bathroom to choose preferred size and texture from. Good location - not in the busiest tourist area but still close to main city attractions and nice shops and restaurants. Great communication with host. Comfortable and troublefree check-in and check-out. Kitchen had a basic but sufficient set of dishes. If you cook more, the presence of a dishwasher and an oven will be a nice surprise :)

Lack of an active ventilation in the bathroom - everything was covered in steam after the shower and it was a bit too cold outside to keep the window open while taking shower. The apartment needs a better cleaning (especially in the shower area, toilet cleaning brush and in the kitchen e.g. around the sink). There was no tea and the coffee wasn't fresh - just some leftovers in an open package). The sachets of shampoo and body shower were provided for only one night and we stayed there for two nights. The internet didn't work from time to time (for short periods). It was quite noisy - even though the flat is located high, on the fifth floor, there were noises from the street in late evening and early morning hours.

Location was great and David was very helpful.

Very basic accommodation. Not even a spare pillow or blanket. Shower was very dirty with mould. Not even an iron to iron clothes. Room description was a King suite but it had a queen size bed.

David was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to the train station and city centre.

It was on the fifth floor and the lift was very small and old, but we had no trouble with it :)

Nice location, with a lot of restaurants and shops at walking distance. The apartment was cozy and clean. Our host was very nice and gave us lists with things to do in Bologna. Definitely recommend
