The property was really nice and clean.

The communication with the host was a bit hard but other than that everything was great.

Communication absent, unfair treatment

Communication with the owner was very difficult. I contacted the owner at the moment of my booking and I received an answer only 3 days before my check-in that there was no possibility at all to enter the room after 10pm. My flight was supposed to land at 9:15pm, so to be fair, I warned the owner that I could have arrived a bit later than 10pm. There was no possibility to do an automatic check-in, nor staff available to stay a bit longer. I asked to try to find a solution and/or if it was possible to get refunded, but the owner has completely disappeared. I had to book something else last minute (with relative higher costs). I would advise to the owner to be more responsive with clients and to clearly indicate in Booking that there's no possibility at all to check-in after 10pm (neither with automatic check-in, as the most of the accomodations do).

Poco prima di arrivare sul posto, abbiamo contattato telefonicamente la struttura e ci hanno comunicato che avevano avuto un problema con il bagno e quindi ci avrebbero dato due stanze invece di una quadrupla. Si è però trattato di una singola, con bagno esterno, e una tripla. La seconda notte abbiamo poi avuto la quadrupla prenotata .

Struttura molto pulita, camera calda(quindi per me piacevole), letto molto comodo, distributore dell’acqua nel corridoio comune, molto piacevole per chi viaggia poter usufruire gratuitamente dell’acqua.

Un pó di odore di fumo che entrava nella struttura(non so da dove provenisse ). Ventola del bagno molto rumorosa e collegata con la luce principale del bagno, ma con possibilità di spegnerle e accendere solo la lucina dello specchio del bagno, se non si vuole sentire quel rumore. Vista su strada, non delle migliori, ma poco importa.

Consigliatissimo!

Soggiornato in camera quadrupla, molto luminosa e comoda per essere, appunto, da quattro persone. Bello e ben fornito il bagno (asciugamani, shampoo, etc). Nessun problema col check-in, estrema cordialità della proprietaria! Apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza di lasciarci una coperta per far dormire il cagnolino. Posizione davvero ottima, comodissimo dalla stazione, ma soprattutto con garage convenzionato a due passi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'armadio della stanza, per 4, è effettivamente un po' piccolo. Comunque comprensibile: è una stanza che deve contenere già 3 letti e diversi comodini.

Struttura vicino al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi. Stanza pulita e accogliente, con aria condizionata, parcheggio giornaliero con tariffa scontata. Ottima struttura la consigliamo!

Super Lage, sauber und freundlich

- Lage top (Nähe Bahnhof) - jeden Tag frische Badtücher - Vermieterin hat immer sofort geantwortet und war gestrebt den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten (kann aber nur Italienisch sprechen/schreiben) - Zimmer ist sauber - Mein Pyjama wurde von der Reinigung unabsichtlich mitgenommen. Nach einigen Nachrichten und Gesprächen habe ich alles erhalten (die Vermieterin und die Reinigung haben sich mehrmals entschuldigt)

- An einem Tag war ein an der Wand hängender Kleiderschrank verschwunden. Am nächsten Tag klopfte ein Service-Mann und wollte einen neuen grossen Kleiderschrank ins Zimmer stellen. Wir mussten unsere Sachen und die anderen Möbel zur Seite schieben für ihn. Möbelwechsel sollten nicht während einem Aufenthalt von Gästen terminiert werden. - Wasser in der Dusche hat immer von heiss zu lauwarm gewechselt - Sehr dünne Wände (man hört alle Nachbarn)
