Clean and comfortable.
It’s a little further away from the main attractions than I anticipated. It’s a good 45-50min walk to get to main part old town. And because of all the tram line works, the roads are blocked off haphazardly so the bus takes 35-40 min, hardly worth it. And taxis take ages too due to all the road closures. No doubt this will improve but it made it awkward for us at this time.

We loved the air conditioning system and the electric window shutters. We also loved the security of the building.
A new ironing board cover would have been nice. The one that’s there is useless. Also a pair of scissors would be useful.

Lovely properties, very clean, easy to reach the rest of Bologna by bus or walking (depends on your preference)! Security was excellent. WiFi excellent. Beds very comfortable. Showers and bathrooms very clean and good power. Instructions were great. When I had one query - I received a reply within 5 minutes that solved the problem.
Coffee makers were a little temperamental at times.

The place has everything you need but is missing a comfortable and bigger couch. It’s easy to catch a bus from here to go into Bologna.
The host wrote us several times to tell us to „stop running down the corridors“ - we had two 2.5 year olds with us who of course walked and played in the apartment when we were there. Both days we were gone most of the time and we never let them be loud in the evenings and still were told off (multiple times!). If you don’t want children in the apartment maybe don’t advertise it as family apartment. Otherwise the apartment was good - but that attitude ruined it for us.
