Spacious and comfortable but not perfect

Spacious. Quiet area. Nice apartment.

Shower pressure was almost non existant but i reported it and owner was going to fix it. Hopefully issue is resolved by now. Kitchen utensils were somewhat sparse.

Beware during the really hot days only 1 bedroom has AC

The location was good

The AC was broken there are 2 bedrooms and only 1 bedroom had AC. The other AC was in the living room so it was kinda hot there. The lady came to look at it and said she would call a technician 3 hours later I messaged them on booking and a guy tried to tell me that she said it was ok. Which was a lie….. then he tried to tell me to sleep with the windows open with no screen so the mosquitoes can eat you alive. He told me they couldn’t get a technician until Monday the day I was leaving. That was a lie because I looked it up they have 24/7 technician in the area. They were just too cheap to call one out. After paying €200 a night they should have had a tech out the quickly. Very unprofessional

Clean, spacious, apartment in a great location, quiet, green and very pleasant. Close to bus stop and easy access to rail station and city centre.

Serious lack of cutlery and wine glasses. Only one wine glass with a big crack in it. Washing machine was great but no washing powder or gel packs for washing. A small supply would have been very helpful.

The property was lovely. The Art Deco features, the stone floors and the contemporary refurb make for a clean and comfortable stay. Nice and roomy.

Stay was nice and overall experience was good

Location is good . Rooms are big enough with a/c Kitchen is equipped , washing machine also available for use . Early checkin provided on request to drop off luggage

3 single beds and 1 double bed. Single beds are not comfortable to sleep Air condition is only in one sleeping room Bathroom doors a bit noisy All electrical appliances cannot work on same time (air conditioner, washing machine, hot water )as the main switch is then triggered down due to too much overload . Hence need to go down and put main switch on again from electric meter or call the owner . Probably because of old building and gas connection .

The flat was spacious and modern. We were impressed. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was noticeable how much effort and respect came from the host.

One of the beds wasn't very comfortable.

We enjoyed the size of the apartment.

The apartment is right next to a road so if you have your windows open (no screens so lots of bugs inside) it is quite noisy. Also there were no kitchen linens and I didn’t hear from the property manager for over a day where they were and we ran out of toilet paper after 1 day and had to buy our own.

We appreciated the quality of beds and the availability of air conditioning. Also, the appartments were well-suited for sorting trash.

The bathrooms could use some love. A toilet brush placed in between the wall and heating block is not ideal.

It is very stylish and clean. Comforatble big beds. Has all the necessary amenities. The owners are friendly and helpful. It is located in a nice quiet location.

We liked everything. It’s not directly in the center, which is great if you like walking.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice. It has two separate bedrooms and one living room. It was clean and close to the train station. The host was nice, he gave us some information about the restaurants and the places we can visit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The bar wasn't great. We didn't like the shower, no water pressure and the tub was always clogged.

E un cartier linistit, camerele sunt incapatoare, apartamentul este confortabil in general. Mai sunt lucruri de imbunatatit dar per total, nu este un apartament neprimitor.

Curatenia, de exemplu. In baie era mucegai si pentru cine este alergic, este foarte neplacut.

Отличная просторная квартира в тихом районе, прекрасные хозяева.

Заранее прислали подробную инструкцию, как попасть в квартиру. А так же много дополнительной информации про магазины и кафе рядом. Когда мы все же не смогли разобраться и открыть дверь - хозяин ответил сразу, нам помогли. Очень большая просторная квартира, прекрасный широкий коридор. Везде чистота, особенно в ванной. Есть балкон. Раз в неделю уборка в ходит в стоимость! До жд вокзала можно дойти за 15 минут, есть вход именно со стороны этого района. Если надо в центр - то чуть дальше, надо идти через мост. Рядом много разных супермаркетов

Пожалуйста, замените штопор - девушкам сложно им пользоваться. Даже невозможно. Самолеты летают по этой стороне - кому-то может помешать шум. Нам сначала показалось, что шумно - но потом даже не замечали. То ли летают редко, то ли быстро привыкли.

Ens van dir que s'havia de fer una neteja a meitat setmana i per canviar llençols que penso que no calia, amb cost de 40 euros extra.
