Cigarette smell in the living room and hall that left the laundry smelling to smoke.

Le indicazioni per raggiungere e per accedere in casa erano chiare. Ho trovato una casa calda ed accogliente.

Fantastico!

Soggiorno di una notte con amici. Posizione perfetta e comoda per raggiungere Bologna Fiere a due minuti dall'autostrada. Appartamento ristrutturato e molto accogliente. Ben arredato. Abbiamo trovato caffè e piccoli snack per una colazione semplice e veloce.

Sehr gut für einen Städetrip für eine größere Gruppe

Toll ausgestattete, sehr moderne und saubere Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk. Leider ohne Fahrstuhl. Das war bei 35 Grad und Gepäck von 8 Personen etwas beschwerlich. Allerdings war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich gut. Die Wohnung ist ein paar km von der Innenstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Diese waren aber mit dem fussläufigen Bus gut erreichbar. In der Nähe der Wohnung gab es leider keine Restaurants. Und hat das aber nicht gestört. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Mooi ingericht appartement, alles voor handen.

Je kan niet gelijktijdig koken of wasmachine en airco op zetten. Dan valt electriciteit uit. Daar kan de host natuurlijk niets aan doen .

Bardzo udany pobyt.

Bardzo duże i wygodne mieszkanie mieszczące się na 3 piętrze w bloku (nie ma windy). Trzy oddzielne sypialnie, każda z klimatyzacją. W salonie wiatrak przy lampie. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone w niezbędne sprzęty, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Podatek turystyczny płatny na miejscu gotówką. Fantastyczny kontakt z właścicielką, która od razu odpowiada na wszystkie pytania przez Whatsapp. Polecam :)

Mieliśmy problem z ustawieniem odpowiedniej temperatury wody pod prysznicem.

Mooi ruim appartement. We verbleven met 8 volwassenen. Prima bedden en alle voorzieningen.. Toeristenbelasting wordt achteraf contant gevraagd (4 € pp.)

4 e verdieping … dus let goed op als er mensen niet goed ter been zijn. Lange zeer nauwe douche. Voor grote mensen niet zo fijn.

Apartamento muito confortável e amplo. Cozinha completa com toda estrutura que precisamos para tomarmos café da manhã. Quartos amplos e com ar condicionado, camas confortáveis.

O chuveiro precisa ser regulado, a água saía ou fria ou muito quente.

Casa spaziosa e arrivo accogliente!

Appartamento davvero bello è completo dal punto di visto delle comodità. Spazioso e con una cucina davvero funzionale; anche il design dell'arredamento era davvero molto bello! Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una cassetta piena di snack per la colazione come brioche e biscotti confezionati, oltre ad avere varie bustine del tè e capsule di caffè, con annessi bollitore e macchinetta del caffè! Infine, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo; consigliatissimo!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Tutto perfetto. No ascensore.

Appartamento molto pulito, dotato di 3 camere da letto, soggiorno, bagno. Tutte le camere con tv. Dotato di pano cottura, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e frigo. Appartamento molto sistemato in area residenziale tranquilla. Ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici avendo 3 camere da letto. Palazzo un po datato di 4 piani senza ascensore, ma tutto molto pulito. Ottima posizione per la fiera ma non solo. Facilità di parcheggio libero o a 1.5 euro ora dalle 8.00 alle 18.00. Ho messo voto 9. Non ho dato 10 solo per il fatto che non c'è ascensore. Non è un problema per persone giovani o di mezza età. Ma per persone anziane non va bene. Sicuramente per la prossima volta tornerò a usarlo. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.
