very good value for money, and I would stay here again on my next visit to Bologna.

I had a very pleasant stay at Residence i MasCa’ in Bologna. The location is excellent: the nearest bus stop is only about 300 meters away, and it’s an easy 16‑minute walk to the train station and 13 minutes to the Centro Storico. Several major sights are also close by—just 4 minutes to the Orto Botanico ed Erbario, and about 7 minutes to the university area and the Museo di Palazzo Poggi. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, cafés, and takeaway shops, which makes daily life extremely convenient. I arrived in Bologna early in the morning, and although the official check‑in time is 3 p.m., I was lucky to be able to check in at noon. This flexibility made a big difference and was something I truly appreciated. The apartment itself is clean, tidy, and well equipped. The kitchen works well for simple cooking, and although the bathroom is not very large, everything functions smoothly. My favorite part was the shower: strong water pressure and stable temperature, which made it especially enjoyable. The apartment also has a door leading to a small shared garden, where the plants are well maintained and add a nice touch of greenery. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are honestly some of the best I’ve had in any hotel—great sleep quality throughout my stay. There is also plenty of storage space, which is always appreciated for longer visits. Communication with Silvia, the host, was easy and pleasant. She was responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything.

the Wi‑Fi was not very stable, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and the TV is positioned in a way that you can only watch it from the kitchen.

The only downside was the wifi for our apartment was not working so we had to use the signal from one of the other apartments and it kept dropping out

Good location near the station, cool apartment and area. Loved the design of the apartment and it had great facilities. The staff were exceptional, very attentive and so helpful in providing recommendations and storing our luggage until later in the day.

The bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet and the shower drainage needs improving as it started to clog. But a minor issue.

We were only 2 so we had plenty of space. For 4 maybe a lack of privacy, but very good for a family... Minimalistic presentation but everything you might need is present. Bedroom was away from the street, so nice and quiet.

Access by car is not authorized because of restricted traffic zone implemented by the city of Bologna. Secure parking is available at 500 meters.

Not that good…

It was easy to communicate with the owner, the appartment is well located and the wifi is ok. The bed was clean but not comfortable.

The appartment smelled very bad (oil smell), the oven was very dirty and smelled bad, the electric outlets next to the bed are unpracticable and on the pictures this place seems so nice but in real life the walls are cracking and the shower is not that clean…

We felt good in the apartment and had a very enjoyable trip to Bologna.

Well equipped and very clean. Small touches like tea bags and coffee provided were appreciated. Cafeteria and supermarket very close at hand.

Nice place to stay for the visiting Bologna

Great location, and the aparts were spaceous, with terrace. All that you need for kitchen was there. to get to the very center is only 5 minutes of walk in the bolognese galleries

There was not so much sunlight in the rooms, but this is due to the old building itself.

Vacation to Bologna

The apartment was very good, near the city center about 12' on foot, it surrounded with many places to eat and drink because it is situated near the university area. The owner was very nice and friendly and available at any time.

It would be nice at least to have a bottle of water for the visitors, it would be nothing in compare to the price of the apartment, because we arrived late and was really difficult to search for any open store to buy some water.

The building is in a great location, about 15mins walk from main attractions. Apartment was facing the quite side of the street so we didn’t hear any noise from outside and isolation was really good. Owner is also a really nice lady. Bonus was that our apartment had a beautiful balcony!

Nichts fürs Herz, aber sehr praktikabel und gut gelegen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch was Tipps fürs parken und so weiter angeht. Die Unterkunft Boot ausreichend Platz

Der super lange Flur macht es sehr ungemütlich. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Ablagefläche. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Tisch.
