A quiet, pleasant place to stay for visiting the city and day trips by train to others.

A spacious room with a nice outlook, plenty of light and no traffic noise. Good information provided for getting into the property including a YouTube video from the building front door to the apartment (which was needed!) Excellent location for visiting Bologna's sights and the university. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the station. Very close to the botanical garden which is a very pleasant, small, park. Good shower and seating provided in the apartment.

There was just sufficient catering pans and crockery but more would have made self catering better. There were random pan lids which had no matching pan. The toilet had engrained dirt in the bowl which could be cleaned out and the bidet Utrap had no water in it so the bathroom smelt of the drains until we worked out why.

Its alright

- The location is good - Apartment is spacious - Early check in was nice

- No coffee machine or kettle, even though they were shown in the pictures and mentioned in the equipment description - Kitchen tools were not properly clean - Had to pay an extra €12 tourist tax per night at self-check in, even though the booking stated that taxes etc were included in the price

full of mold and moisture

location is ok

bathroom- terrible..so dirty and old, smells bad, bad lighting so that you dont see all negative things, shower cabin and shower head are so dirty that there is black mold everywhere room- many moisture and mold on walls..very unhealthy and smelly definitelly many old stuff that needs to be replaced. additional costs-parking and check in check in- long procedure to do it by yourself thingsne...if you dont have internet on mobile phone or batery low-good luck with entrance

A great place to stay, once a few issues are solved

Good location, relatively quiet street, proximity of cafes and eateries. An attentive host.

Quality of cleaning below any acceptable norm. Mold and grease in the bathroom: humidity extractor, shower floor and tiles, shower door. Missing lightbulb in the bathroom. Dirty towels in the cupboard. Coffee powder expired in 2024. Once you manage to get into the property using your iPhone and you figure out how to use traditional keys with electronic card, you’re fine.

Cosy and spacious property in a practical location of Bologna

The property is on one of the main streets of Bologna, between the train station and city centre. It is spacious and has most of the things you would need for a stay. The host was very kind and available.

Not much. It was a bit difficult to entre the room (you need to watch a Youtube video, from the link provided upon arrival), but otherwise no problem.

poor value for money

i like the design of the apartment and the building was secure.

i do not like that there were literally nothnig in the kitchen (pan, corkscrew, salt-pepper, big spoon, etc.) for us to cook. i am staying in an apartment rather than a hotel to do things that i cannot do in hotels. and the location was not good at all. in a small city like bologna i expect things to be much closer. over all this did not meet my expectations and after staying here i can say that the price is crazy for this apartment.

Superb

The property is very central, just a short walk to centro storico. Has a very handy internal parking which is safer than off street parking. Easy to get to coming from motorway. The host was very nice and super helpful with check in instructions and assistance and also sending restaurant recommendations. Would defo recommend for a short stay to have easy access to visiting the city.

The loft is spacious and clean. The room is dark enough for sleeping in and the AC works perfectly well. The location is convenient and within 20min walking distance you can reach the old town center or the train station. The host was very organized and friendly.

Really nothing. I think bringing the keys with me was a good idea because the electronic keys with the link didn't always work.

Big space, gives the feeling of being at home and not in a hotel, with kitchen fully equipped and laundry (very useful for travellers on the go).

The window facing the street was broken and does not isolate noise properly.

The place is very comfortable at the heart of the university district. It's very clean and the host seems available to whatever problem may come out, which were none while our stay...

Itself a good apartment, needs some more care by the landlord

Location is good, nice garden, possibility of parking

Dishes were partially dirty, washing machine had mold and smelled like mold, some mold on walls, overall moldy smell in the apartment. Kitchen was not equipped with everything (cutting board and sharp knives were missing)

Exceptional

Basically here for the price cheaper than an average little hotel room you get a room in a big apartment with the large fully equipped studio kitchens great bathroom and top secured location which is close to everything you need in Bologna. Also it is super modern everything is done remotely and autonomously which is brilliant. I recommend you to book it for this price/quality ratio you won’t get anything better.

The location was really great, and the apartment was very close to the bus stop. Great connection to the central parts of the city. The huge park area with a really nice view is just 5 mins away. The room was clean and had access to the small garden area.

The location

Old and unclean bathroom. Very expensive place taking in consideration we shared the bathroom. When booking the room, we didn't book it with a shared bathroom. Then we realised it was shared. It happened the same to the other person we shared the apartment with.

The DoItYourself check-in system is a real mess. This is a postmodern accomodation venue, which only provides an electronic key and the apartment itself. No additional services are available. The bed was not particularly comfortable.

Good location but I would avoid.

If you a booking the double room with shared bathroom, please note that what you're actually booking is a room in a 2 bed apartment that you'll be sharing with strangers. This was not made at all clear to me, and as a solo female traveller I didn't feel safe or comfortable with the arrangement at all. I had thought that I was booking a room in a corridor where I would need to walk down the hall or whatever to use a shared bathroom, but that was not the case- the shared space was much more intimate. The bathroom was in really poor condition but was clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the window opened on to a car park that was in use all day and night. The building is extremely echoy with no noise insulation so you can hear everything going on in the corridors, upstairs and also in the shared bathroom.
