As an AirBnB there was no breakfast included - no issues.
Large room and the "modern" way of how to access the facility & the appartement I found very innovative!
Also, parking space included - big plus, if you come with your own car! - also quick to get to the highway (you might not believe there can be lots of traffic in and around Bologna ... ;-)
Mattress a bit too soft and bed creaking.
While we stayed at a time when it was fairly cool outside, wondering how the shower gets ventilated in summer as there is no ventilator ...

Calme, big, 2 double rooms and 2 extendable sofas (less comfortable)
Neigbourhood, access by public transport (not often). Noise from upstairs very early in the norning. Only a few small windows. Too much humidity and smell. Self registration too complex and too many details asked.

Los sofá cama eran incómodos. Uno de ellos estaba sin preparar a pesar de haberlo solicitado, y tardaron 2 días en traer las sábanas que faltaban.
La mampara de la ducha está rota.
