Apartamento cómodo, bien equipado. Ubicación perfecta para recorrer Bolonia y alrededores. A veinte minutos andando de la catedral.
Dispone de un amplio aparcamiento gratuito cerrado. Muy importante porque toda la zona tiene aparcamiento regulado. Apertura con códigos. Tiene dos grandes supermercados muy cerca. Excelente calefacción. El personal de la agencia te atiende vía WhatsApp o teléfono rápidamente y con mucha amabilidad.

Понравилось, что было очень тепло и чисто в доме, есть все необходимое. До центра, через мост 20 мин нормальным шагом или рядом автобусная остановка. Рекомендую!
Неудобные подушки лично для меня, кому то может понравятся мягкие подушки, пожалуй это единственный минус

Der Parplatz, ist kostenfrei und durch ein Tor zugänglich.
Wir konnten die Unterkunft nicht beziehen. Obwohl wir direkt nach dem Reinigungspersonal ankamen, stank es dermaßen nach nassem Hund, dass es unmöglich war, dort zu übernachten. Die Fenster waren so klein, dass ein Durchlüften nicht möglich war. Die Bilder auf Booking stammen wohl aus der Zeit nach einer Renovierung – so sieht es jedenfalls nicht mehr aus. Vermutlich war es ursprünglich ein Kellergewölbe; es ist feucht und dunkel, und die Farbe blättert aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit von den Wänden ab. Die entstandenen Löcher wurden offenbar schon mehrfach einfach übermalt. Das Sofa und die Stühle sind voller Flecken – wirklich ziemlich ekelhaft. Ich würde es eher als Loch denn als Loft bezeichnen.
Der Vermieter bot uns die Lofts nebenan an, die allerdings kleiner waren, was für uns als Familie nicht infrage kam. Da wir das Angebot nicht angenommen haben, gab es auch keine Rückerstattung.
Fazit: Lieber einen grossen Bogen um diese Unterkunft machen – es gibt definitiv Besseres.

De bed bank had een erg dun matras en lag door. Is niet geschikt voor een tiener die bijna volgroeid is.

Non c'era niente per poter asciugare il pavimento (tipo mocio o straccio)
I piumoni nel contenitore del letto senza alcuna protezione per la polvere

Prenotazione per 8, ci hanno fatto trovare 5 bicchieri, 6 forchette, 3 cucchiai e altre stoviglie non sufficienti per 8
La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata oscurata da alcuni problemi significativi. Innanzitutto, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato molta polvere, coprimaterassi sporchi e il box doccia era pericolante e instabile, tanto che i bambini non potevano farsi la doccia da soli e avevamo bisogno di aiutarli ad aprire e chiudere le ante. Inoltre, la fornitura di posate e bicchieri era insufficiente per gli 8 ospiti prenotati, ma fortunatamente il problema è stato risolto tempestivamente una volta segnalato. Anche le sedie per il tavolo erano insufficienti, con solo quattro sedie disponibili per otto ospiti, ma anche queste sono state fornite tempestivamente. Tuttavia, abbiamo riscontrato che una delle quattro sedie precedentemente trovate nell'appartamento era rotta e non era possibile utilizzarla. Abbiamo segnalato la rottura di questa sedia, ma purtroppo non è stata sostituita in tempo, arrivando solo il penultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Un altro aspetto critico è stata la mancanza di trasparenza nelle foto pubblicate: quattro posti letto erano sistemati come mostrato nelle immagini, ma le altre due camere non erano chiaramente rappresentate e non era esplicitato come sarebbero state sistemate. In particolare, abbiamo riscontrato che per accedere alla terza camera era necessario passare attraverso la seconda camera, il che ha comportato una significativa mancanza di privacy. Inoltre, per accedere al bagno dalle ultime due camere era necessario passare attraverso la cucina/salone dove erano posizionati gli altri due letti, il che ha ulteriormente ridotto la privacy e la comodità degli ospiti.

Gli unici due nei che ho trovato sono dei peli di animale sui divanetti probabilmente dí qualche ospite precedente che mi si attaccavano ai vestiti, non un grande problema, ma se fossi stato allergico non so cosa poteva accadere..
Il secondo è il fatto che accendendo il phon per i capelli alla massima potenza saltava la corrente in casa e quindi dovevo fare attenzione.

Apartament foarte curat, dotat cu toate electrocasnicele (masina de spalat vase/rufe, fier de calcat, feon, toaster, cuptor cu microunde, frigider, espresor), paturi confortabile, vecinatate cu liniste, magazin in apropiere (tip supermarket aprovizionat), statia de autobuz la 5 minute de mers pe jos.

Апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым для жизни. Очень тепло (мы путешествовали в феврале), удобная парковка. Для недолгого пребывания лучше и не придумать!

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e comodo anche il parcheggio nella struttura, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono anche varie attività commerciali, e fermate bus urbani
La sera al rientro in appartamento ho avuto delle difficoltà nell'aprire la camera, dopo circa 15min di tentativi sono riuscito ad aprirla, nel frattempo ho provato a contattare la struttura ma nessuno mi ha dato risposta, se non riuscivo ad aprire la camera cosa facevo?
