The location, the fully equip appartement

The reason i put 9 as a rating is because before the check-in, as I was having issues with the whatsapp (their way of communication), when I tried to call the owner directly through my phone line, he wouldn’t answer the call because he didn’t know the number (my number). I mean ok, I get that, but when that same number is calling you back to back, a minimum of 10 times, it should ring a bell and you should answer the phone call. Gave us such a scare and unecessary stress. I had to contact the rental person through Booking.com and he finally reached the owner of the appartment. Took about an hour all together.

Det var väldigt rymligt och smidigt med två stycken fullt utrustade badrum. Köket hade också det mesta man kan tänkas behöva. Det hade varit extra trevligt med en liten lista där det står konkret vad man förväntas göra vid utcheckningen men värden och ägaren var väldigt snabba på att svara vid frågor så detta är mer ett önskemål som jag tänker kan underlätta för dem också.

Det var svårt att duscha i badrummet med badkar då hållaren för duschmunstycket inte fungerade. På vissa ställen lite ytligt städat.

Spacious calm family round about

The hosts were very communicative and always available over Whatsapp. The apartment is very spacious and bright. It was a bonus having two bathrooms and washing/drying machine.

We were aware that the apartment is not right in the centre, however, proved inconvenient for the week to do day trips (far distance from train station). We would have desired a cleaner apartment. Compared to the many other apartment rentals we stayed at, the towels, and dishes/utensils were all very worn. The showers were old & dirty and leaked water onto the floor. It felt like we were staying in someone's abandoned home, as there was old half-eaten food in the cupboards & freezer and personal effects throughout the apartment.
