This apartment strikes the perfect balance between a stylish boutique hotel and a welcoming family home. The design is modern and thoughtful, yet still feels warm and comfortable rather than staged. The bedroom was especially cozy, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, high-quality pillows, and all the little touches that made it easy to relax. Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room were a nice bonus, and the air conditioning was outstanding—a lifesaver during the heat wave when we happily retreated indoors. The outdoor space looked beautiful, although the temperatures were too high for us to enjoy it this time. The location was another highlight: an easy walk to the historic centre, with convenient bus connections if you prefer not to walk. We loved staying in a real neighbourhood—it felt more authentic and relaxing than being in the heart of the old city. We'd happily stay here again and would especially recommend it to families or couples looking for a stylish, comfortable base in Bologna.

The appartement was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated and a great little place to sit outside. In total very relaxed & confortable place to be, in combination with visiting the sights of Bologna. Also tea and coffee available and some breakfast snacks.
