Very good value for the money. Highly recommend if you don't need pampering

Liked the building , it was clean and modern, if a little "minimalist". Located in nice part of city in walking distance of many amenities - restaurants, bus stops, taxis, banks, ets.

Host available 24 hours would have been nicer. Heating controls were, weird?

A Must Visit City. Great Accomodation!!

This location is phenomenal. You are central, have grocery right nearby, entertainment, great restaurants, sights. I loved this part of our Italy trip, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartman, near to the center, having a comfortable privat parking place, 2 bathroom for the 2 bedrooms, etc.

There was no coffee machine… a capsule (eg. Nespresso) machine should have been to enable us to have a coffee in the morning on the beautiful balkon. It was a big pain for us! :-)

Perfect Stay and location!

Centrally located and a 10-15min walk to the main square. The apartments are beautiful with all the necessary facilities to make your stay comfortable. The customer service is great and they are very responsive to any questions you may have. They went out of their way to celebrate my birthday! The family and kids were thrilled with our stay.

Just a tiny note, that if people are staying longer than 2 nights, a change of towels would be lovely. But that's an opinion.

Disappointing

Nice location easy check in procedure and spacious room ( Rigoletto) but there was a serious problem with the toilet.

The toilet closet emitted a foul smell which filled the entire room. It was so bad when we got back from our outing, that we had to open all windows to ventilate the room. We asked for a change of room but was told they were full up. They had given us this room claiming it was an “upgrade” but we felt the original room we chose online was better.

Very good accommodation in central Bologna

The location is excellent, right in the center, a few minutes' walk from the Towers. We were in the TOSCA studio. Parking is provided (for an additional fee of 25e per day). We received all the necessary information before arrival by email, with clear instructions for arriving by car. It's clean. Although it is on the main street, it is quiet for sleeping. We didn't use the kitchen, but I can see that there are plenty of dishes and equipment.

Superb location right next to the city centre. Great spacious room with good comfortable bed and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are available, though not mentioned in the list of options. Great staff.

Clean, bright (but a bit noisy) space within easy walking distance of all.

The room was great. Fantastic amount of closet space/storage. Lovely view out my window. Good location.

The road was very noisy- not in the crowds of people way Bologna can be known for, but it is a small through-street, so thre is traffic all day an night. I am a very light sleeper, so this was a problem for me. Others who are light sleepers should definitely ask for a room that does not overlook the street. Would have been nice if the sitting chair was a bit more of a lounge chair, but that is a very minor thing.

Great place, great location - but overpriced

Location is great. The flat is neat and tidy. All basics provided and two bathrooms are handy. Elevator in the building and decent area for laundry in the basement. Staff was helpful for the small inquiries we had. Gave us a baby crib which is always nice.

Mold in the shower on top floor (but everything else was spotless) and the price was really high. The price was comparable to 5 star hotels during peak season. Expected more quality for the price to be honest. On top floor room there's no curtain for the windows in the ceiling. They are nice to have and all but not so much when you want to sleep longer than a rooster.

Beautiful property, central but quiet.

Very clean and spacious property in a typical Bolognese house. Appartement was modern, equipped with everything that’s needed, and spacious with a little space to sit outside. Very central, but still very quiet. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely rebook if I am coming to Bologna again.

Just as a suggestion: a few breakfast bowls for eating cereals etc would be nice.

Excellent well-renovated quality place - loved it!

Loved this place! It's very well built and feels new with quality fittings. It was very hot (37C) during our stay and fortunately, the air conditioners kept it cool - a nice oasis to return to after the heat of the city. The hosts sent us a code for the front door and bedroom door - which all worked very well. The laundry room in the basement was useful; a nice touch was having laundry detergent available.

A bedroom air conditioner made strange noises when we put it on at night - we turned it off and opened the bedroom door to allow cool air to enter from the living area so it wasn't such a big deal. The TV didn't quite work - it seems like the signal strength wasn't strong enough. Not such a big deal for us.

Great location, super helpful and responsive staff- thanks Francesca for promptly responding to all our questions! Modern, clean and well kept apartment with all the basic necessities.

The Aircon is a bit noisy when turned down to the lowest temperature- which we had to do given the current heat wave. Bothered me as I am a light sleeper, but everyone else in the family was fine. So shouldn’t be an issue for most travellers.

Perfect stay at excellent location with very friendly and supportive staff.

We stayed for 5 days with my family in Nabuko apartment - very quite one. The location is perfect - all the attractions are in a walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafe bars nearby, also shops. The ladies at the reception Letizia and Fransesca were very kind, smiling and helpful. The main train station is a little bit far, however the bus stop was nearby and it takes 15 minutes to reach it. Excellent facility for a family stay.

The only improvement I can recommend is to replace the sofa bed with a more comfortable one.

The apartment was very clean and very nice and exactly like in the pictures, it had all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, very central. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stations close by. Also, more importantly the communication is excellent, very quick responses and everyone is very nice, friendly and understanding.

Close to the center, comfortable and practical

Very central to the main sights. We walked everywhere. A nice vegan breakfast place was just next door. There is a small kitchenette in the room but our stay was two nights so not really used. Our window was on the main road and a bit noisy at night with the window tilted but not too bad. Very nicely decorated room, modern with high ceilings creating space, clean and easy access. The gated parking was also safe and behind the building. We found it perfect for our stay.
