Charming spacious appartement with all necessary facilities. Comfi beds.

Nothing really. There are some stairs to climb so for people who are less mobile it's perhaps not the perfect option.

Great stay in Bologna

The house was very comfortable, with beautiful views over the streets of Bologna. We were a group of 7 and we had a great stay. The house was well eqquipped, and Nicoletta, our host, was very kind and helpful.

All good :) The way to the house has plenty of stairs, which might be difficult for elderly people.

Beautiful attic flat in the historic centre

Lovely, quirky attic duplex in a gorgeous building. Fabulous location within walking distance of the station and main sites. Lots of space for a family or group to spend time together. We didn’t eat in but liked being able to make coffee and tea and there were enough pots and pans for cooking. Beds were comfortable and there’s also a washer/dryer. Contact with Nicoletta was seamless and it was easy to follow the check in instructions. While it’s clear from the description that it’s an attic with no lift it’s worth noting again that the apartment isn’t suitable for people with lots of luggage or issues that make stair climbing challenging!

Everything was great! There is a bit of a funny smell in the bathroom (mould?) but that’s very minor.

Not as advertised, but you'll be charged for your no-stay anyway

The key process was fine. The parking was HORRIBLE. We could not find a spot at all - everything around was permit only. We finally found a spot miles away, which is completely inappropriate. There's not even a place to unload your luggage! We were forced to park in the ally and my daughter got screamed at by a lunatic for not moving the car. Not sure where this property owner wants her renters to unload their luggage. Also, she neglects to mention there is no elevator for this property and that you'll have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to reach her stinking apartment. Absolutely horrendous.

Everything. The location is not great. The neighborhood doesn't feel safe. There is zero parking anywhere. No elevator - you have to walk all of your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. Her apartment absolutely REEKS of cigarette smoke - we actually found cigarette butts in one of the windows after opening all of them. The bathroom has a terrible sewer smell coming from it - between that and the smoke it gave us headaches and made us nauseous. We absolutely could not stay there the night and had to drive 2 hours somewhere else for appropriate accommodations. I immediately messaged the host our issues and she went ahead to charge us anyway. Not appropriate for a family AT ALL. Plenty of other better places to stay without all of these ridiculous complications and disgusting apartment smell.

The apartment is ideal for a group, it is in a perfect location, right in the center but in a quiet street. The building is very nice and the apartment is amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's a little kitchen with everything you need, the bathrooms are both big and the space is nicely decorated. It has a big table and there's enough room for 10 people. It was extremely clean and had every little detail. The host, Nicoletta, was very kind both before and during the stay, communication was very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend it, it was even better than we expected. Thank you for everything, Nicoletta, I hope we can be back.

Obviously, very frustrating and a bit nerve wracking from the start.

It was spacious, but did not use upstairs bedroom due to a very steep windy staircase and no bathroom up there.

the owner did not give a code ( said there was none) to get into the street key box after initially getting the useless directions. I was unable to reach the owner with the phone number or text, email. Luckily a waitress from the restaurant next door, knew what apartment to buzz where the cleaning person happened to still be working and let us in. Also, there were no instructions on how to operate the stove or the dishwasher so we were unable to do any cooking and hand washed dishes. Also it would have been helpful to know that the Apartment was named after the theatre across the street and not the actual building we were looking for.

Top apartment, location and service!

The apartment was in an excellent location in the city. Only a short walk to lots of sights and restaurants. The apartment was big and spacious, and perfect for a family or group of friends. The check-in procedure was really easy and the owner is incredibly nice, responsive and provides an incredible service. She went well out of her way to help us with the ZTL parking permit and in doing so, she saved me tons of money from a fine I would have received from the city if it wasn’t for her help!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus some! It’s a shame we only planned one night here! The beds were very comfortable, which often isn’t the case.

It was difficult to find by car. It was worth it when we finally got there, though.

EXTRAORDINARY!!!

The keys were very easy to take out of a safe box. When entering the apartment, we were already amazed. So beautiful. A lot of space. Not loud at all, so clean, wonderful bathrooms and such a cute pretty kitchen fully equipped. Only a very short walk to the main attractions. And the nicest and kindest host. Nicoletta answered immediately and was always there if we'd need help. THANK YOU!!! We'd love to come back!

There was really nothing-nothing that I could mention here. More than the best ever!!!!
