Location (for us) - by some beautiful open, green space ye walkable into the centre. Very quiet neighbourhood. A sizeable balcony running the length of the apartment. On the top floor so views from there. Signers was kind, offered fresh towels during our 6 night stay. Comfy bed. Comfy sofa (looked brand new). Great bathroom. Quality induction job with enough crockery, glass and kitchenware. The park next door had two quality bars, serving drinks and simple food, both with great atmospheres, and one looking out across a lake. A cool spot on a warm day.

For me it’s no problem to walk 3 flights of stairs - very cool stair well even in 32C heat, so nothing we didn’t like. We looked forward to returning to our Bologna oasis.

A quiet neighborhood close to a large park. An easy walk into the city center. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a small kitchen and balcony. Free and safe street parking. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay next time we are in Bologna.

The WiFi didn’t work well.

This apartment has an old world charm to the building. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean.

We have stayed in Bologna before and it gets hot in the Summer there was only 1 air-conditioning unit in the lounge area and the bedroom has no air-conditioning which made it really hot and stuffy. The furnishings are genuinely very cheap and basic and not in-keeping with the building and it's surroundings. It has a flat screen T.V. that ages old and therefore not smart T.V. the kitchen has been squeezed in so there is a tiny area for cooking and then the sink is the other side of another wall. It is advertised as if it has an outside area/terrace. This is actually a communal area downstairs in a grass area next to the washing line.
