Beautiful Bologna

Very clean, beautifully decorated property. Host was great - everything was well communicated and property contained everything you could need. Great location only 15 mins walk from the centre of town.

Best stay for big group

Big place, very comfortable for 10 persone (4 kids!). It has two seprate spaces- living room, 2 balconies, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with tub. Than there is big bedroom with walking closet and bathroom. Apartment was freshly renovated and very clean. Plus very good localization. You have giardini with playground, bars and foodtrucks and in the other turn centro historico. A few eating places open until late hours.

Soluzione perfetta per visitare la bella città di Bologna

L’appartamento è risultato perfetto per le nostre tre famiglie. Le stanze erano spaziose e confortevoli. La cucina completa di tutto e il soggiorno accogliente per trascorrere delle serene serate dopo le camminate della giornata. La posizione top. Praticamente in centro città, ma in una zona bella e tranquilla.

Solo un piccolo, ma trascurabile problema al bagno.

Ottima posizione, casa spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari (phon, asciugamani, stoviglie, caffè e tè). I proprietari gentilissimi e super flessibili per gli orari di check in e check out.

Unica pecca la comodità dei letti/materassi, che diverse persone del gruppo ha lamentato.

Tutto molto bene siamo stati in questa struttura con tutta la famiglia in occasione della laurea di mia figlia, Piero il proprietario una persona molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, la casa molto confortevole per un gruppo di 10 persone servizi molto funzionanti posizione ottimale in 10 minuti a piedi ti trovi al centro di Bologna...top!!!

Helemaal top

Heel ruim en op ongeveer 8 a 10 minuten lopen van het echte centrum. In de buurt op 2 minuten lopen leuke restaurants en koffietentjes en wijnbarretjes. Ook het lekkerste ijs van Bologna was om de hoek. Dus ‘s avonds hoef je echt niet helemaal naar het centrum om uit eten te gaan. Groot park op 5 minuten lopen met veel faciliteiten voor kinderen

Escapada familiar perfecta

Éramos 9 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto, el apartamento era muy amplio, limpio y cómodo. (las camas extra cómodas, al menos en la que dormí yo). Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, a 15 min andando del centro. Piero, el anfitrión, fue muy agradable y atento en todo momento, des de antes de llegar hasta nuestra salida. Hasta nos sorprendió con un detalle de bienvenida. En una ocasión de noche tuvimos que llamarlo y nos atendió rápidamente para solventar un inconveniente de la luz. Claramente recomendable :)
