Great 2 night stay and centrally located

Great communication from the hosts and easy to self check-in. Quick 15 minute walk from Bologna Centrale and easy quick walk to the centro storico. Nice apartment in a non-descript building off any loud main streets. Has a great kitchen if needed and a washing machine which was great for me as I'd been working for a few weeks and needed some clean clothes. And I just can't say enough about the options for amazing food in this city. I've been working in Europe off and on for 15 years and can't believe it took me this long to spend a couple nights in Bologna.

It was really difficult to find a place in Bologna, but this might be the best quality option you can find for this price. It’s very clean, very comfortable, and overall high quality. It was slightly cold inside, but it didn’t bother us — and I’m sure they would find a solution if you let them know. The location is great: it’s away from the crowds, which makes it perfect for experiencing the city’s atmosphere on foot. It’s also very close to the university area, and about a 15-minute walk to the city center, which is a lovely way to get to know Bologna. In addition, it’s very close to the bus station, which is ideal for those who want to visit other cities. There are also markets just around the corner.”

Everything was perfect!

The location is excellent: a quiet street yet very central, close to public transportation, the train station, and the city center. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very helpful, responding quickly to messages and ensuring guests' comfort. Sylvie is wonderful! Very dedicated, professional, and courteous. The room is equipped with everything you need: a stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee and tea, refrigerator, iron, and an additional sofa. The spacious and beautiful bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. We lacked nothing. We definitely recommend it!

Noise from another apartment during a guests stay Neighbourhood takes a a bit of getting used to ..a bit dirty, lots of graffiti and would not feel Safe waking alone as female at night. Hot water runs out quite quickly

Clean, cute apartment within walking distance to everything you need in Bologna

Easy check-in & check-out process. Pictures were exactly as shown. Easy 15 minute walk to the train station or 20 minutes to the main square.

The bed was a little unconventional for my husband (could feel the springs), but I had no issues.

Great location, we enjoyed the local area. Bed very comfortable, room very dark at night, shower always warm! Train station close which made day trips to Modena and Parma very easy!

It would have been nicer to be able to check in with a lock box rather than having to meet the host. Also the same when collecting bags after we checked out. But the owners were quick to respond and don’t take too long to come!

Perfect for a comfortable and extended stays in Bologna.

All round very good. The apartment has practically everything you would need for an extended stay, from a small kitchen, to a washing machine. It is very spacious and the two air conditioners are plenty to keep a good temperature. The location is quite good, as the apartment is close to the university sector.

The only thing worth mentioning is that there is also an adult shop right next to the entrance to the apartment block, though it was not disruptive in any way. I suppose the apartment is a bit far from the historic city centre (as in on foot it would take about 20 minutes).

Everything was very well-kept and the house was exceptionally clean. The extra details like the washing machine and dishwasher tablets were an added bonus and the host was always very helpful in accommodating our needs.

A really nice apartment for a short break in Bologna.

The location was convenient when arriving from Bologna Central station or by monorail from the airport. A short walk from the city centre in a nice quiet area with cafes and a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by Jacopo who arrived very promptly to give us the keys. The air conditioning was much appreciated in the hot weather.

My BOLOGNA experience.

The apartment was extremely comfortable, and I will definitely stay there again. It is conveniently situated, close to all amenities, but also away from the busy streets. Silvia was amazing and gave us many tips about local places to visit. Honestly, it was one of the top 10 places I have stayed in.

Good location. Good hosts. Easy access, good lift. Room nice and airy, plenty of light, pleasant with doors open to balcony. Met by host on arrival, explained all that was required, simple and easy. Smooth check-in/check-out.

Did not have a toaster. Did not have a plug in the sink for washing up. Bed mattress was extremely hard.

Not a fully stand-alone apartment but nice

Clean room, all amenities working well, comfortable bed and couch.

The apartment was not an apartment itself. One apartment had been divided in 3 rooms (with bathrooms and kitchens) that are rented as individual apartments. Which means that there is a common door to the 3 doors that divide the apartments, and privacy is somehow lacking. For the rest the apartment was good, but don't be decideved if you think that this is a fully isolated single apartment.

We had pleasant stay in the apartment. Perfect location close to the train station and the historic center. Super clean, high celling, comfortable bed, nice linen and fully functional kitchen. Good size bathroom. Second floor and very quiet at night. Very friendly owner provided with a lot of useful information. Highly recommended
