The apartment is spacious, clean and very modern. You will find everything what you need. Even washing machine. The bed is very comfortable. All i just brand new. The location is perfect, very close to the old town, or even within old town. Quiet in the night. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you can leave your luggage, if you need. I recommend this place, as a perfect spot to visit Bologna. I enjoyed this stay much. Thank you :)

Unique stay and close enough to walk to anywhere
May not suit people with mobility problems because of the stairs and no lift access. Not an issue for us though.

I had a great stay in Bologna. The location is excellent—very close to both the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around.
The facilities were exactly as listed. The apartment had everything I needed, including coffee and a space to prepare breakfast. There was a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed, which ensured I slept very well.
The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, answering my enquiries promptly.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The apartment was just what we expected, spacious, classy and comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is on your doorstep without any noise. Francesca met us on arrival and gave us lots of good information.
