Very clean, comfortable, air conditioning, excellent location

Great central location (15 minutes walk from the railway station) modern, fully air conditioned, comfortable beds and immaculately clean apartment

We loved the space that the property had, and that it was new and very clean. We are a family of 4 and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a common area where we could spend time together. Having air conditioning in the property was also great, to counter the high July temperatures. The location and amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the video instructions of how to access the property. We arrived late after a long day of travel, and not having to guess where the property was or how to enter was a big plus! The property is walking distance to great shopping, groceries, sites, as well as numerous restaurants. The owners also provided helpful information about the property in a folder, as well as restaurant recommendations in the area. We also appreciated having a washing machine in the property, to wash essential clothing as we packed light for the trip. We would recommend staying at this property to anyone visiting Bologna!

The only suggestion we had was to maybe include some instructions on how to use the washing machine in the folder. The European machines are a bit different than the ones in North America.
