Lage ist top, ebenso Größe des Apartments und die Betten.

Die Ausstattung (insbesondere Küchenausstattung, Beleuchtung, Ablagemöglichkeiten, Mobiliar) ist für den Preis wirklich bescheiden, teilweise einfach schon sehr heruntergekommen und lieblos. Geschirr nicht sauber und alte, stinkende Putzschwämme sind ein no go ( in jeder Preisklasse). Keine Antwort des Host auf eine Nachfrage bzgl. verlorener Ohrringe, lässt vermuten, dass die Wohnung tatsächlich nur als "Geldquelle" betrachtet wird und die Kommunikation mit dem Gast als ein notwendiges Übel betrachtet wird ( wie gesagt: ex post zero).

Auf Fragen im Chat kam keine Antwort. Auch wenn man nochmals nachgefragt hat.

The location was great.

I was disappointed with the poor communication. Only one set of keys made it very challenging. (i would recommend having two sets of keys as a minimum) On arrival, I couldn’t get into the property to check in because the only way to get into the big door was to phone a number. but i couldn’t do this through what’s app. I emailed multiple times and received no replies. i was a lone traveler and I couldn’t get into the property and received NO reply to my emails. thankfully a neighbour buzzed me in. there were no teatowels to dry dishes - we had to use a bathroom towel. the washing up liquid was empty and the sponge to clean was grubby. There is a smell in the bathroom, not sure where it is coming from but it was bad. Lots of people hang around the door at night - delivery drivers/bikes, which was a bit unnerving as a lone female to enter the door at night. The little veranda was lovely though. Not having any means to contact other than the messaging in Booking.com was disappointing as I received no replies.
