Really clean and amazingly helpful staff.
Nothing tbh, not the cheapest but it’s quality. There were mosquitoes but that can’t be helped.

We arrived after dark, the instructions were concise. The parking was on the opposite side behind a gate from the room. Easy to walk into Bologna Centre, we also walked to the train station further, but do able. Communication by message was excellent.
Nothing.

Super clean
The bathroom was slightly outdated and might need some renovation
5 / 10·May 2026
The location was just outside the city centre so it was quieter and in a beautiful tree lined street.
It wasn’t clean, not enough living room seating for 4 adults, old tv, not clean, no iron, no shampoo, no dish towels, tv remote not working, no clothes drying rack.
