Modern and stylish place.

Interior and hallway looks like art gallery. Stylish. Very spacious room with high ceiling. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything you need. Shower was nice. We took deluxe room. Very easy check in.

Amazing! Only the rate for pets per night is unreasonably high.

Friendly host and cleaners. Nice suite. Clean! Close to the city centre. The code to open the door does not always work.

The €20 per night pet fee is quite exaggerated and disproportionate. Furthermore, on Booking.com, the accommodation's first response to a customer's question about the cost is €10 per night. I find this misleading. Had I known beforehand, I wouldn't have booked. And yes, there are water bowls and a cushion for the dog. However, most people traveling with dogs already bring their own, so using that as a reason for charging €20 per night is disproportionate. Most accommodations charge €10-€15 for pets, which is a reasonable price.

Really pleasant experience, if we hadn’t had a car break-in we might have come back again once

The location - beautiful well-kapt house with parking in beautiful residential district close to park. The app was also well kept, it had all necessary appliences, gratis Nesspresso capsules, all was really neat and appeared new and well kept.

We believe the plastic chairs in the dining area could be better together with the table, but as we didn’t actually spend a lot of time in the app, it didn’t really bother us that much.

Nice apartment, no AC!!

The apartment seemed new and well maintained. Large bedrooms, large beds, high ceilings, balcony.

AC didn't work. The apartment was boiling hot, over 24C on the 1st night. We had difficulty sleeping and were always tired. According to the staff the AC worked but couldn't blow cold because the temperature outside was already cold, however inside the apartment was really hot. They suggested we opened the windows, which was not a good idea given the fact that we had a 3 and a 8 year old. The whole point of using an AC is to conditioning the temperature to your taste. We didn't want anything crazy just to cool the room to 20C and we had to leave windows opened during the day. Then we couldn't relax, we had to keep checking on the kids every 2 minutes.

Provisions, such as shower gel, could be more generous. Some items in kitchen, like breakfast bowls, would positively complete it.

Very good apartment

The building was very modern and clean. Our apartment had a Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and Two beautiful bathrooms. It is in a very nice neighbourhood- around 15/20 mins walk in to central areas.

The best appartments in Bologna

Located in a quiet and secure area of Bologna with lush vegetation and close to the old city (15 min). Supermaket, bank, pharmacy and Ridemovi e-bikes nearby. Appartment new, chic, well eqiped and spotlesy clean. Keyless electronic entrance to the building and the appartment is a plus. We parked the car in secured fenced area in front if the building. Excelent and prompt communication with the staff. Alltogether it was perfect 10!

We spent a week in one of the apartments and loved it. Clean, spacious enough, modern, the kitchenette equipped with everything you need. Excellent communication with the hosts - very friendly and fast. We definitely recommend it!

Perfect!

What an amazing place! From the start, communication via messages was clear and prompt. We booked on-site parking and received access codes and instructions. The street is quiet, 20 minutes’ walk from the historic center, outside the ZTL. The beautifully renovated old mansion is modern and tastefully decorated. Entering the apartment, we couldn’t help but gasp in awe. It has a cozy living area with a sofa bed and table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a balcony with tree views and cicada sounds, a spacious high-ceiling bedroom with comfy beds, blackout curtains and a spotless, large bathroom with lovely toiletries. Complimentary water, almonds, a pet bed, and bowls for our dog made us feel so welcome. The air conditioning was already on during the heatwave—an oasis! The apartment’s fragrance is delightful!

Location away from the mayhem but cleanliness could be improved

Comfortable bed with AC and our own washing machine and dryer. Easy access to apartment with code.

Mould around the shower, hair on the bedsheets. Lack of information about the property. Lack of communication regarding a request for additional bedding. Not enough plug sockets near bed.

Wonderful experience to Mysuites Apartments - Bologna

To be honest this was a wonderful experience at this location. It was our first time coming to this apartment. We were welcomed by our host on the first day. It was very helpfully and provide us the info we need. I liked also the communication with our host. Very professional and fast responding on any message we sent. I liked the easy way (keyless) to get into the room (using a code). Very easy and secure. The room has anything you need (including a kitchen and a safe box) to stay as you are on your home. The apartment has very spacious rooms. It was located in an old building completely renovated in modern style. I like the closeness of this location to the center of the town (Bologna). In 20 minutes around you are there. But it was also more close to a supermarket and to some small areas for food (including for the well known Italian ice-cream). During the stay we had a rental car, so be advised that parking spots are also available on demand and on extra cost (anyway more cheaper than paying the parking on the street). Definitively we will come again with pleasure to this appartement

Good stay in Bologna on a nice, quiet street.

This is a comfortable apartment suitable for a family of four or five. The walk to Piazza Maggiore takes about 20-30 minutes, and the train station is about 45 minutes away.

Our apartment was not one featured in the photos, and we thought we would be in the building across the street. Regardless, building 7 was also pretty and had a nice garden space out front. We had a ground floor unit, and the walls were quite thin. We could hear entire conversations from the floor above, and the adjacent building had a very loud door that kept us up all night...which was not great considering what a nice, quiet street it is! If the building can add a soft-close door feature, it will benefit all visitors to this quaint place.

We will be back!

We drove over the property during our trip, and we had reserved a parking spot for a daily fee. The apartments are very clean, modern and fully equipped for a long stay. This place is really peaceful and we enjoyed our view. :) We would love to visit Bologna again and come back here! The location is 20 minutes from the centre, which was really nice for us as we walked back and forth from the city. This place is impressive, and the host has been more than helpful and accommodating. I really recommend this place! Bonus: Contactless check in, the host was always available and communicated via chat. I am happy that the check in process was so simple! They also extended our parking stay since our flight got delayed. We are thankful. :)

great location with great service, though apartment itself needs some maintenance.

The location was great in which it was easy to get around the city to and from with ease. The apartment itself was soundproof from the street outside, which was pleasant. And security of the apartment was great except for the front gate being easily accessible to public.

The beds were hard, and uncomfortable. No air circulation in the ensuite bathroom which made it difficult for fresh air to be accessed. Also, the water pressure of the shower in the ensuite bathroom was poor and not pleasant for showering. Which resulted in to ALL 5 of us patrons having to share the 1 shower in the main bathroom. Another mention is of lack of quietness. We could hear constant banging from upstairs like people running with heels on heavily early morning along with screaming. So, considering the outside was soundproof, it was disappointing that within the building itself it was very disruptive. It was almost like we didn't need to set alarms every morning as there was guaranteed noise to be awoken to roughly same time, every morning...

Perfect for a second time..!

It was our second time staying at Mysuiteshome on our route to Ancona. The apartments are very nicely done, with all you can ask for a short/medium stay. Location is good within 15-20 minute walk from the center. We will be staying again when in Bologna!
