Beautiful and comfortable apartment in great location

the lights were a bit confusing - it’d take me an extra 5min to leave the house making sure all lights were out, because there were so many switches, some not working properly. Small detail considering everything else.

Ideal location for a quick stay but much to be desired in accommodation.

The apartment is centrally located and a quick walk to any of the major sights and restaurants. It’s right around the corner from Osteria dell’Orsa. The frescos are a fun touch. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to that.

Getting into the building was confusing and we had issues figuring out how to open the outer door. Once in the building we then had issues with the touch pad on the apartment door. You had to touch it extremely lightly in order to get the code to work. If the WiFi wasn’t working then the door seemed to be delayed in opening. Thankfully they had a set of keys we were able to access. The first thing you notice upon entering the apartment was the smell of sewerage. The half of the apartment near the bathroom continually smelled of sewage. There are a lot of stairs and the stair case is narrow making this apartment less accessible if you have mobility issues. While the listing states 2 bathrooms, the second bathroom is on an upper floor all by itself with a very low ceiling. The main shower had a handheld shower head but when we tried to take it out of the handle the whole thing came off the wall. This bathroom also lacked any privacy as one of the curtains was broken and hardly covered the window. Our biggest complaint with this apartment was the noise. There are a couple bars across the street that stay open until 3-4am and it is extremely loud. So loud it makes you question if the windows are open. We ended up purchasing earplugs because we kept being woken up by all of the noise. If you’re traveling with family this probably isn’t the place for you. If you want to party then you’re in the right spot!

The place is huge, fantastic, in the perfect location to explore Bologna. The rooms are very elegantly decorated, kitchen is fantastic and bathrooms clean and spacious. The owners reply to anything in two minutes so communication was absolutely perfect. Will return for sure

Let down by a couple of problems. A shame as this was a very nice property.

Clean and comfortable and with its own garage located close to city centre. Misses out on 5 stars due to noise from bar opposite which went on until 2.30 in the morning. And the phone app-based entry system very hit-and-miss given the poor phone reception in the narrow street. The light switches are eccentric and need sorting. Well equipped kitchen, but could do with a kettle and a microwave.

Great apartment but questionable security and emergency exit.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings, paintings on the ceilings.

Unusual security arrangements. Courtyard entry and exit reliant on phone connectivity. Main door entry only with a key code. No additional way to lock the door from the inside.

Good located, big place.

In my opinion not for a family with small child, they don't have doors at the stairs and it's very dangerous. Big apartment but not so cozy inside..with a small balcony that wasn't cleaned well... we didn't receive any support from Host, even a called few times, none answered ort called back...just some messages.

Very spacious apartment with a special mix of antique and Norden elements. Super located to breathe the beauty of Bologna. Very autonomous self check in procedure with a garage nearby for all kind of car sizes. Highly recommended for a stay even for a longer period of time, especially due to modern kitchen and bath amenities.

Stylish, spacious and centre of town, but there are some negatives.

Centre of Bologna, spacious and stylish. Large modern kitchen, large bedrooms, good furniture.

No face to face contact except with cleaner, bombarded with messages about complicated registering when it could be much simpler, no kettle, toaster or tea towels though otherwise a well equipped kitchen, 2nd bathroom on 3rd floor, main appartment on 2 nd floor and no elevator, bedrooms face on to a very noisy side street, with bars open till well after midnight..No folder with information or recommendations. So many light switches, it was guesswork every time. No coffee capsules for the coffee machine. I was asked to rate the rental as a 10 for a 15% discount on other Italian properties. That is unethical.

Struttura in pieno centro storico con garage privato a disposizione dove entrano 1/2 macchine a seconda delle dimensioni. Appartamento molto spazioso e ben attrezzato.

Unici nei: esce un po’ d’acqua dalla doccia, il bagno del secondo piano ha un soffitto molto basso, non idoneo a persone sopra al metro e ottanta. Nonostante sia menzionata la presenza delle scale nella descrizione dell’alloggio, aggiungerei che queste sono abbastanza strette e numerose.

Posizione ottima, a soli 7 minuti a piedi dal centro e in una zona tranquilla, ideale per raggiungere tutto comodamente. La casa è molto spaziosa, davvero grande e ristrutturata con gusto. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, perfetti sia per famiglie sia per gruppi di amici. La proprietaria è super gentile, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza — ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con grande cordialità!

Alcuni piccoli dettagli non sono in perfette condizioni, ma nulla che comprometta la qualità del soggiorno: l’appartamento rimane molto confortevole, ben attrezzato e con un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La situation est parfaite pour visiter Bologne à pieds, l’appartement est très spacieux, nous étions 7 et n’avons pas eu l’impression d’être à l’étroit.

Le bruit de la rue est vmt un point dont il faut avoir conscience, les chambres sont toutes situées côté rue et le bruit est un handicap pour bien dormir.

L'appartamento è superlativo. Posizione strategica in centro ma decisamente molto silenzioso. Si trova nel ghetto ebraico ed è servitissima come zona. Stanze grandi, comode, 2 spaziosi bagni, appartamento pulitissimo, letti molto comodi, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e abbiamo avuto a che fare con la gentilissima signora delle pulizie. C'era tutto quel che ci poteva servire. La cucina che noi non abbiamo usato è attrezzatissima.

A wonderful house but with many obstacles to pass

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν φανταστικό, στο κέντρο τής Μπολόνια Ένα υπέροχο κτίριο .Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο από το κατάλυμα.

Το πρόβλημά μου ήταν με τον ιδιοκτήτη ή με την εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται αυτό. Δυσκολευτηκα με το contactless check in καθώς ήταν μέσω μιας άλλης εφαρμογής εν ονόματι vikey app .Ρωτησα τον ιδιοκτήτη για κάποιες απορίες που είχα αναφορικά με την ασφάλεια του να δώσω προσωπικά δεδομένα σε μία τρίτη εφαρμογή εκτός της booking αλλά φαινόταν είτε ότι δεν καταλαβαινε είτε ότι δεν ήθελε να μου λυσει τις απορίες. Στο τέλος σχεδόν απειλητικά μου είπε ότι πρέπει να ακολουθήσω τους κανόνες. Επειδή ήταν με μη επιστρεψιμη τιμή πραγματικά αισθάνθηκα αβοήθητη.Ουτε καν η booking δε με εξυπηρέτησε.Εν τελει η εφαρμογή δεν ζητούσε όλα τα προσωπικά δεδομένα για τα οποία είχα κάνει τόσο θέμα κάτι το οποίο αν μου το ξεκαθαριζε εξ αρχής δε θα γινόταν όλη αυτή η αναστάτωση..η Επικοινωνία μας στα μηνύματα ήταν στα ιταλικά ενώ του είπα ότι δεν γνωρίζω και μου είπε να τα μεταφράζω .Μου κακοφάνηκε αυτό γιατί όλοι ξέρουμε οτι η μετάφραση δεν είναι ακριβής. Τέλος η έκδοση της κάρτας ztl ηταν ενας Γολγοθάς...πάλι μέσω sight στα ιταλικά ...τελικα είπα σε μία φίλη Ιταλίδα να μου την εκδώσει. Θεωρώ ότι το κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να αναλάβει την έκδοση της ztl για λογαριασμό των πελατών της. Επίσης η έκδοση της κάρτας κοστίζε 6 ευρώ την ημέρα. Ούτε αυτό το έγραφε
