Looks better than the pictures and the location is amazing!

The room Luisa is amazing. Better than in the pictures. It has 2 big windows, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is awesome. The host was always open to help! Excellent. It doesn't matter the complexity, but he was quick, polite and helpful. I really appreciate the support.

Clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Bologna! Big apartment (Anna) in a nice building, very clean and tidy, warm and equipped with everything you need! We enjoy the espresso La macchinetta every morning!

Very easy to stay and really comfortable

It’s bigger then I assume. The horse is having “Everything” in the apartment. Even a little thing like cooking oils or clean liquid, washing power and so on. You don’t need to prepare any, or look around local super market. Little things make it big different.

Overall it was great. Maybe internet can be better. But it’s still okay. Sometimes i feel a bit slow or i use my mobile data. But using smart TV to watching Netflix is no problem though

Perfect. All instruction was given prior arrival. Everything went well to enter the apartment. The manager was very responsive together with his colleague. Apartment was nice and clean, beautiful and cozy.

Super central to everything! The living space isn’t that big but the bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable. We loved the location and appreciated the directions and recommendations from the host. They were also super flexible about the check in time, which made things very easy for us!

Everything! My family felt like we were at home - apartment Maria had all the things we needed for a one-week stay in Bologna. We loved being in the center of the city and felt a part of the exciting student atmosphere in the evenings and the quiet, calm and refreshing Bologna mornings.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the historic centre

Comfortable , clean and had good air conditioning.

Accessing the property by car was difficult as it was in the restricted ZTL zone. Parking space was tight and need be pre-arranged with the host. The staircase landing has no light that turns on with movement. It was dark.

Spacious apartment close to everything

Apartment is spacious with enough space to work/deposit luggage/cook a meal and dance while having a Campari Spritz. The bathroom is also large and ventilation is good.

Great safe location, good not perfect.

Good size apartment and bedrooms, very clean. A few amenities in the bathrooms and enough towels for all 3 nights. Location is very good and safe, students all around.

Kitchen and dinning are pretty small and no living space. The blackout curtain onain room did not work. One the the two bathroom has no place to put your bathroom stuff, no shelves or ledges to put anything, either on the sink or the shower, actually both showers have the same problem.

Super central and cosy

Very nice apartment!! We loved it from the beginning; it seems to be very recently renovated, I guess in 2023 or so, good style and harmony. There is a huge bathroom with shower, lots of towels and soap. The kitchen offers the basics, but who comes to Bologna to cook at home? But still: the necessary, including washing machine and Bialetti Moca coffee machine is available. Also nice: there is a garage right next to the apartment: no need to look for parking slot in Bologna is a plus!! The apartment is centrally located (but still quite quiet), and the whole historic part of Bologna easily reachable on foot. Mirko, our host, was very helpful and communicating with him by Whatsapp was very easy and efficient. We would very much recommend this place.

The beds and the sofa couch were a bit too hard for us, but I guess this is personal gusto.

The apartment was super! Beautiful, stylish and so tastefully decorated. Being in the same business myself, I really appreciate professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent, warm welcome by Giulio, who gave us great suggestions and was very responsive. We also appreciated the upgrade to a larger flat, as well the late check out. We fell in love with the place as well as beautiful, clean and friendly Bologna! ❤️

The property was spacious and designed beautifully. Good location and easy walk to the centre of the city. Good kitchen amenities.

There was construction work around the building ( not advertised or pre warned of) There was scaffolding around the windows, so we had to be sure to close blinds and windows during our stay. Only 2 toilet rolls provided. Listing states 24 Hr reception, which to me indicates there is a reception desk on site. There is no reception onsite, however the host was available via phone.

Very central and comfortable, helpful like an old friend staf

Brandnew flat, every detail was thought, location is perfect. Mr.Mirko was always at the end of whatsapp msg, he answered every question we asked immediately and handled every situation we faced during our stay, he was kind and helpful.

Not directly related with the flat but the noise at via petroni was unbelievable till morning especially at the weekend nights. But the windows are very well to prevent the noise if you keep them closed. This is a preferance ; very central location or silence ? Of course the same location if I go again 👍 everything is at stonethrow distance, you live the city,no need a car.

STUNNING apartment in the heart of Bologna!!

We arrived about an hour earlier than expected and the hosts were gracious enough to let us check in and get settled before 12 noon! And upon departure, they let us stay "as long as needed" for they were not expecting any other guests after us. We seldom see such grace and it is DEFINITELY worth highlighting. OH, and let's not forget: the apartment is MASSIVE and VERY well-kept! ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to ANYONE going to Bologna!
