Villa Bolsenda is a beautiful apartment in a fascinating two-flat country house, surrounded by woodland inside a 3.5 acres of private green area, with a 12 x 6 meters swimming pool at the exclusive disposal of the guests.
The flat has two floors, is fully furnished and has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and brand new kitchen, a wide dining room, a wide living room and two storage rooms.
Nice and large porch in front of the garden. Pleasant indoor temperature, during Summer months, even without air conditioning. An external wood oven (with a lot of wood!) and a Weber barbecue are also available. Wi-Fi with unlimited internet is included.
Villa Bolsenda is on the first hills of the Apennines (500 feets altitude). Many woods animals can be spotted in the garden: squirrels, roe deers, hares, hedgehogs, pheasants, etc… The silence is remarkable.
