Great location, easy walk into the city centre. Apartment has everything you need and is cosy warm in cold weather. Very helpful team and so willing to accommodate our baby staying with us.

Bologna getaway

Helpful, fast responses from you folks. Location nice and quiet.

No light in apt building entryway was pitchblack and unsafe. No extra stock of toilet paper in the apt, had to go out and buy our own. Noted mustiness in the apt and was bad for one lodger with allergies, and the bed matresses were not very comfortable

Crass, deceitful and penny-pinching!

Nice, clean apartment close to the centre.

If you are arriving late in the evening with the intention of getting a good night's sleep after your travels, don't bother. It was 36 degrees the day we arrived and the air-conditioning was off. It was like a sauna in the apartment and took 2 hours to cool down. My son had to sleep on the sofa as it was far too hot in his room. When I questioned this I was told they couldn't possibly keep it on as they didn't know when we'd be arriving. I wonder what they do in the winter. Also, charged £70 for cleaning (before we arrived) which is not mentioned in the details. It's fine to charge for cleaning but be upfront about it. They do not have car parking, you have to use a public car park 12 minutes' walk away and no discounts. I filtered for accommodation with parking and this property appeared, I think you should remove this from your details as it's misleading. We've stayed in lots of properties in Italy and this is the first time this has happened to us. Really disappointed.

Great apartment, with all the facilities we required: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen

Great apartment, with all the facilities we required: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, balcony, kitchen/diner and big fridge freezer. Entrance by code and phone app to open apartment door. Very helpful host. Perfect for our stay!

Single bed was a bit hard and creaky. Our guest liked a hard bed so it was fine. Aircon wasn't working for first two days, needed to be repaired. All done a promptly as possible while we were out :) Thank you! We had a third guest arriving later in the week. It would have been nice to have had all their bedding, towels, water coffee etc supplied on our first day of arrival, rather than a separate day.

Close to the center of the city.Good neighborhood.Big apartment with very good layout -the 2 bedrooms are far way from one another, offering complete privacy.

Great location

Location was great. Apartment felt very safe. Lots of amenities close by. Daria was very helpful at check in.

The kitchen was not well outfitted- we are home cooks and there were no good knives, only a few pots/pans and no salt, pepper etc. We went to a local store and bought a few sharp knives. As well, both shower drains were very very slow and on examination were clogged with a lot of hair.

The directions to the property and information on how to get in the building and unlock the door to the apartment was very clear and nicely illustrated with photos!

We couldn't figure out how to use the heater and the apt was slightly cold esp in the evenings. But probably we could have gotten help from the host if we had asked.

Fab located apartment in Bologna

The location was super. I loved the walk into the areas of interest. Shops and restaurants within close distance. The host was very kind, helpful, and flexible with our stay and responsive to any questions we had. I can totally recommend it. I hope to visit Bologna again and stay at this apartment if available.

Large 2 bedroom near the centre of Bologna

This property comes with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with main bedroom as an ensuite. The apartment is huge and clean. There is even a little study next to the single room which is a bonus. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The apartment is a little hard to find on google map but the host was very clear in terms of direction.

The property wasn’t hugely clean e.g in corners, under the beds/tables etc. Shower and shower head had visible mould/build-up.

Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful city!

We were so impressed by the space, modern fixtures and conveniences, how equipped the property is and most of all communication with our host, which was excellent. The location is about a 15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, a lovely walk through porticos that we looked forward to each day. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe with lots of great restaurants and shops. Truly a great value and we would visit again!

Don't drive in Bologna - we had nightmares trying to get a permit and eventually having been thrown off yet another site we gave up - so stressful The apartment is not well stocked with stuff to cook - some very grim looking dishes

It is a very big apartment located well in the center of Bologna. It is well equipped including a washer and dryer, dishwasher. Daria was very helpful sending us useful information and even helped us to reserve a taxi.

Spacious apartment ideal for a family with excellent, helpful host

Spacious apartment with good air conditioning in quiet area with cafes, restauraants and food shops nearby. Excellent host who was very helpful and efficient and replied to any queries immediately. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and the main bedroom was large and good shower room

A great place to stay.

A great flat with everything that we needed. It is very central and there were many restaurants and bars nearby.

It was on the third floor, so a bit of a hike for the elderly or infirm.

The apartment did not have breakfast but was located close to several quaint breakfast spots and very close to amazing restaurants for dinner.

The sheets and pillow cases are not as soft as we are used to in the states. But we all slept great

Lovely apartment and great host

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment. Very spacious, modern apartment on the first floor in an area not far from the city centre. Lots of shops and bars nearby too. Parking in a private garage nearby was very easy for 25 EUR/day.
