Stylish apartment with three good bedrooms - decent location and excellent support from the host

There's lots to love about the apartment. It's stylish and a really good size in a handy location, 15 to 20 mins walk from the main sights and the train station. There's also frequent buses to the station from right outside. With three decent sized bedrooms, our family were really happy here.

We ran into one or two issues, but with WhatsApp communication, staff were super helpful to get everything sorted.

The apartment needs a new coat of paint, and repair one shutter, and other restorations.

Excellent apartment, lovely stay in Bologna

10/10, exceeded the expectations. The apartment is huge, we were 7 people, 2 families and there was enough room and privacy for everyone. Very confortable, AC in all rooms which was great since the heat and humidity in Bolonha was almost unbearable. Our host was super nice and answered immediately to all our questions. Loved Bologna and definitely recommend this apartment

A spacious, comfortable apartment, full of character in a good location with great views.

The apartment is really spacious and full of character. The location is good, about a twenty minute walk to Piazza Maggiore and the bus to the train station stops outside the door. There is a good supermarket five minutes walk away. The choice of restaurants is limited in easy walking distance but do go to George’s bar, about three hundred meters away. Great food, a delightful, knowledgeable host and a superb selection of wines. Highly recommended.

Tea and coffee in the kitchen would have been good and perhaps a bottle of water.

100% recomendable, piso amplio y bien ubicado.

Todo genial, el apartamento grande y cómodo, la calefacción funcionaba bien, la ubicación correcta (caminando al centro 10-15 min), y el trato con los que se encargan de todo, en especial Salvo, que fue muy amable y gestiono el envío de unos pantalones que me dejé, muchas gracias!

Bologna ist eine tolle Stadt, hat einen guten ÖPNV und ist immer eine Reise wert!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist super für Familien oder kleine Gruppen: Man hat einen großen sehr schönen Gemeinschaftsraum und jeder kann sich auch mal zurückziehen, um sich auszuruhen. Sie liegt absolut günstig: Die Nähe der Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Innenstadt selber sind sehr vorteilhaft! Besonders angetan waren wir von der Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter von GetTheKey: unkompliziert, nett, vertrauenswürdig und verlässlich!

Alle Anwohner werden sich freuen, wenn die Bauarbeiten vor dem Haus für die Straßenbahn bald abgeschlossen sein werden!

L'incaricato del gestore, un impiegato di nome Salvo, è stato molto disponibile nel cercare di tamponare a tutte le mancanze strutturali dell'immobile ( condizionatori non efficaci, luci scala non funzionanti, rischi elettrici dentro l'appartamento, tapparelle bloccate e senza manutenzione da mesi/anni). Purtroppo le nostre aspettative sono state deluse. C'è stato proposto di lasciare l'immobile e anche se abbiamo trovato una soluzione anche più economica presso l'Hilton di Bologna, riorganizzare il nostro soggiorno era troppo complicato. Siamo rimasti tra sudore , buio, polvere e il conforto di frutta e vino offerte dal povero Salvo, mortificato per la situazione. Sconsigliamo vivamente.

CASA ACOGEDORA Y ESPACIOSA PARA IR EN FAMILIA

La ubicación es fantástica, a mitad de camino entre la estación de tren y la piazza maggiore, esto nos facilitó mucho los traslados porque éramos 7 personas. Las vistas impresionantes y el piso súper espacioso. El salón tiene espacio para comer todos juntos de sobra. Las habitaciones enormes y el agua de la ducha salía muy caliente. En general nos pareció muy acogedor y adecuado para ir en familia. El último día pedimos salir un poco más tarde y nos dieron 1 hora más. Hay un supermercado grande muy cerca.

Las camas. Es una pena porque el piso está tan bien que haciendo una pequeña inversión resolverían este problema. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
