Nice location, in the waking distance from the center and most of the sightseeings. The location is quiet and the parking lot is big bonus.

Good condo. A little far from the city core but worth it if you're okay with a little walk

Huge condo. Very spacious and clean. On the outskirts of town so a bit of walking or taking transit is required to get to the city centre.

The description states laundry is available. If you are from North America, be warned this does not including a dryer. Just a washer. Apparently it is very common to airdry your clothes in Italy.

A fantastic place to stay in Bologna. The apartment was great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent and well-equipped kitchen. Parking at the apartment. 20 min walk to the historic center. It was a very comfortable stay in Bologna.

Interessante ma rumoroso

L'appartamento era confortevole, ben attrezzato, in un'ottima posizione e il parcheggio era molto comodo. Il bagno era bello, nuovo e con una bupna doccia. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto semplici.

l'insonorizzazione era praticamente inesistente: le pareti sembravano di carta e, se conoscete gli italiani, sapete che sono rumorosi... purtroppo, sentivamo i nostri vicini come se fossero dentro l'appartamento. 😬

Il parcheggio assegnato e l’appartamento molto carino

Do solo un piccolo consiglio, mettere una scopa di dimensioni normali e non uno scopettino per poter spazzare a terra durante il soggiorno. Niente da ridire per il resto

C era una puzza persistente di fumo. Forse gli inquilini precedenti fumavano in casa. Purtroppo L odore non andava via. E da non fumatori che siamo, è molto fastidiosa come cosa.

Come piccolo miglioramento si potrebbe fornire l’indicazione del codice di apertura del portone esterno, in considerazione che dall’esterno la chiave non permette l’apertura… per il resto tutto perfetto !!

Großzügige Ein-Raum-Maisonettewohnung in ehemaligen Gewerberäumlichkeiten, in Zentrumsnähe mit Parkplatz, Check-in verbe

Sehr schöne, saubere, große und relativ neu renovierte Wohnung mit „Loft“-Charakter. Schlichte, aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung teilweise im Industrie-Style. Gute Air-Condition (ist auch unbedingt notwendig, da sich die Wohnung im Sommer stark aufheizt). Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 20 min. Cafes, Bars, Bäckerei etc. direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Sackgasse, die zugehörigen Parkplätze sind auf der Straße direkt vor der Tür. Uns erschien die Gegend relativ sicher.

Der Online-Check-in/Kommunikation/Zugangscodes ist ausgesprochen unbefriedigend und sollte dringend verbessert werden. Von fast-Check-in kann definitiv nicht die Rede sein!!! Wir haben sehr spontan unmittelbar vor Ankunft gebucht. Die Bestätigung mit online-Check-in (Notwendig für die Zugangscodes!) kam stark zeitverzögert. Dies wurde noch deutlich erschwert durch ein sehr instabiles mobiles Netz (kann die Vermietung natürlich nichts dafür). Wir kamen nur in die Wohnung rein, weil zufällig eine hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin anwesend war, die uns die Türen geöffnet hat. Wir trafen später vor der Tür andere, recht verzweifelte Mieter, welche schon am Vortag gebucht hatten und auch noch keine Zugangsdaten für ihre Wohnung hatten. Das Procedere des Online-Check-in ist aufwendig, umständlich und kostet Zeit. Es werden sehr viele Auskünfte von allen Personen verlangt, am Ende muss man noch jede Menge Haken für irgendwelche Vertragsbedingungen setzen. Das hinterlässt kein gutes Gefühl, da sich wohl kaum jemand die Zeit nimmt, alles durchzulesen. Online-Check-in haben wir bei anderen Buchungen schon deutlich besser und unkomplizierter erlebt. 35€ Zusatzgebühr für einen Hund ist unserer Meinung nach überzogen.

Positivo, da consigliare, ma con qualche miglioria da apportare.

La struttura è molto ben dimensionata e accogliente. Di particolare pregio le rifiniture. Si nota una attenzione alla cura dei particolari. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale preposto all’accoglienza.

Alcuni dettagli da migliorare. Nonostante la struttura sia di recente concezione emergono alcuni piccoli difetti dovuti al logoramento a causa della scarsa cura da parte dell’utenza. Di non secondaria importanza l’ insonorizzazione risulta inadeguata ad una struttura che tende ad una clientela selezionata. Il cancelletto di ingresso particolarmente rumoroso non è dotato di braccio frenante per accompagnarne la chiusura. Si percepiscono rumori provenienti dagli appartamenti attigui. Il vociare all’interno del vano scala, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, ha recato non pochi fastidi. Sarebbe risultata gradita la presenza di una macchinetta per il caffè con cialde compostabili.
