Ideal location, comfortable stay

Really comfortable apartment for our family. Plenty of space, nice balcony. Convenient location, supermarket only a 5 minute stroll from the apartment, bars and restaurants are very close by too. A pleasant stroll of around 15 minutes to half an hour to one of the main and very lively squares!

The restaurants shown in the photos were only open on Saturday and very busy, but further on were a few more options.

Not many things. Easy to collect the keys. I liked the neighborhood too. Nothing else.

Almost everything. There was no parking which is insane for a place of 450 euros per night! The house was not clean - we raised the issue by sending photos and received a confirmation that they would take care of it - nobody came. Glasses were broken; however, they were placed in the closet as ready to use. The place was obviously closed and not used for months so it was cold and dusty. We paid more for services (60% of the price) that we actually never got. Nobody was there to welcome or explain anything about the neighborhood, city, etc. This is exactly what qualifies as easy money for people doing nothing.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. L'appartamento è molto grande e comodo. Lo consiglierei per gruppi di amici/famiglie che hanno bisogno di soggiornare in un intero appartamento. Siamo soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Nonostante la nostra esperienza sia stata positiva e consiglieremmo comunque l'appartamento, per correttezza riporto quello che secondo noi sarebbe facilmente migliorabile: l'appartamento non era molto fornito, ad esempio per 7 ospiti/5 notti c'erano solo 3/4 rotoli di carta igienica e 2 tab per la lavastoviglie. I lavandini del bagno sono piccoli e non sono il massimo da utilizzare. Il futon presente in una camera non è comodo e sarebbe facilmente sostituibile con un divano letto o un letto singolo. I muri necessitano di una imbiancatura. Una nota negativa è il check-in entro le ore 20 e la necessità di un ulteriore pagamento in caso di ritardo. Nel nostro caso siamo arrivati in orario, ma basterebbe un ritardo aereo per aggiungere un ulteriore costo anche in orari non notturni.

El piso estaba bastante bien y bien localizado

El trato fue malisimo. Muy desagradable la verdad. Me pidieron indicar hora de llegada para darme las llaves. Mi avion se retrasó dos horas y lo avisé antes de salir el cambio de hora, mientras estaba volando me escribieron y pidieron confirmación de la hora de llegada, cuando aterricé les dije la hora prevista y luego el taxi en un trayecto de 15 min tardó media hora. Tuvimos que cambiar la hora prevista de llegada en varias ocasiones pero ninguna fue culpa nuestra y fueron muy poco comprensivos y muy bordes. Les pediría que fueran un poco mas empaticos que no cuesta nada ser simpaticos

Molto bene, ma qualche accortezza in più

Appartamento molto grande, spazioso per 8 persone, silenzioso, in una zona molto comoda. Infissi nuovi, arredamento un po' all'antica, due bagni spaziosi, ma cmq molto valido. Staff sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta e pronti a intervenire (mancava carta igienica e subito portata, lavandino e doccia non scaricavano e subito intervenuti)

Secondo me un pochino più di accortezze e una pulizia migliore (in sala vicino alle tapparelle c'erano le ragnatele, nulla di che, però)... In bagno lo spazzolone del water era rotto (nulla di rilevante), I saponi vari erano praticamente tutti vuoti, carta igienica un rotolo... Piccole cose che a parere mio andrebbero fatte e verificate prima che inizi il soggiorno, visto che il check in è alle 15 e il check out alle 10. Punto molto negativo, purtroppo, il letto alla giapponese, non so se è stato adattato così ma i bambini sentivano la barra di ferro sotto, il materasso molto vuoto (forse vecchio), diciamo che di giapponese non credo c'era molto, non basta mettere un materasso per terra.

Ein guter Aufenthaltsort abseits vom Trubel. Für eine größere Familie geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem typisch italienischen Wohnviertel und ist daher als Quartier, etwas weiter ab vom Trubel, gut geeignet. Es gibt in der Nähe alle kleinen Geschäfte die man zum Leben braucht.

Da wir als Familie mit 3 jugendlichen Kindern gereist sind, hätte die Küche vielleicht etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen und im Bad fehlte der Toilettendeckel...Leider war es zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise schon recht kühl und regnerisch und die Heizung funktionierte noch nicht und wir haben an den Abenden etwas gefroren.
