Beautiful if somewhat dark apartment, beautifully furnished, in a great location.

Location was amazing. In the best street in Bologna, just off the centre but beautiful and yet not full of tourists. Fabulous. Nice cafe across the road, easy walk into the centre, bars and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, everything in it was carefully chosen.

The apartment had little natural light. In summer, in some ways that is an advantage as it makes it cooler, but it did mean that even during the day you had to have the lights on.

Great, can definitely recommend staying there!

Fantastic location inside an old building hosting also a museum upstairs. Parking in the back is very private It was surprisingly quiet although in the middle of the city center

Quite noisy during the night, seems a lot of apartments close to it are rent to tourists so you could hear the luggage rolling - other than that it was quiet (see previous) There are two different rooms and it is not obvious which one do you get upon booking. When we entered the room I expected a different one, it’s still nice but as they’re quite different the expectations should be set accordingly

Charming apartment blends history and comfort, though AC issues marred a warm stay.

During our delightful three-night stay at this apartment, we were greeted by the gracious host Matilde, who promptly welcomed us on our arrival day. The apartment itself is a marvel, a vast single-room expanse spanning approximately 80 square meters and boasting impressive 6-meter-high ceilings. The bathroom, conveniently situated as a separate space and covering around 10 square meters, adds to the sense of spaciousness. Nestled on the ground floor of a venerable 500-year-old Palazzo Pallavicini, this apartment enjoys a prime location in close proximity to central Bologna. The fusion of modern amenities seamlessly integrated into the historical setting is truly commendable. This harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary comfort offers an exceptional accommodation experience.

During the initial two nights of our stay, we encountered a challenging situation with the temperature soaring to 37 degrees. Regrettably, the air-conditioning unit, though functional, appeared undersized for the generously proportioned space. This led to disruptive trembling and an incessant noise throughout the night, rendering our rest quite uncomfortable. In response to our concern, Matilde, the gracious host, promptly addressed the matter by supplying us with two fans as a temporary solution. In light of this experience, it might be worth contemplating the installation of a more robust cooling solution, such as a tower air conditioner, especially to combat extreme weather conditions. This thoughtful enhancement could significantly improve the overall guest experience, ensuring serene and restful nights even amidst challenging temperatures.

The property is just wonderful, steeped in history but is modern and very clean with all amenities. It is very well located.

In the center, beautifully decorated atelje room with own entrance, on the first floor. Big windows to the backyard. Quiet and private. Upstairs well known art museum.

Kitchen missing some basic food preparation utensils and dishes. Would be great if coffee &tee, drinking water could be included to the room.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful atelier.

Adele was charming and very helpful, even contacting us during our stay to ask whether we were enjoying our trip or needed any help with anything. The Atelier was beautifully designed and decorated and the location is excellent.

beautiful room with a beautiful entrance

The entrance is very nice because it’s located under a museum. centrally located. The room was very big and comfortable for 3 adults. We were just there for 1 night but would stay again.

No TV. It never being an issue before, but unfortunately my husband was sick and had to stay in the room. We usually don’t care about the TV.

We would have loved to have had an iron and ironing board. it would also be nice to have a little carton of milk in the fridge and coffee or tea. A coffee machine with a few capsules would go a long way to move the experience from a living space to a more homely space.

Really nice place in the center of Bologna

Adele was a really nice host, always available and responsive! The apartment was central and it was in a great neighbourhood. The space was incredible, super clean and well decorated. Adele was really welcoming, even though we arrived late in the night. It was very nice to us and we really recommend this apartment for your holidays! Thank you Adele!!!

A la web al reservar, possa que hi ha snacks gratuïts i això no es així o que hi ha zones comunes i només es l'habitació. Agraïriem un microones en comptes de un forn, molt més pràctic, vaig trobar a faltar una cafetera i paper de cuina. a pessar de tot així Adel molt amable,

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso ed è ancora più bello da come sembra nelle foto. La possibilità di parcheggiare davanti è impagabile. Nell’appartamento c’è tutto ciò che può servire, e fuori sei a due passi da ottimi ristoranti e dal meraviglioso centro di Bologna. Adele è un angelo e da tutti i consigli utili per godersi la città.
