Our stay was perfect — the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group, and Beatrice’s exceptional kind

The property is a three-bedroom apartment — two large and very spacious rooms, and one smaller, ideal for children — with a generous living area and an open-space kitchen. Even with just one bathroom, the space was more than enough for our group of six: three mothers and three children, spending a lovely weekend together in Bologna. A big plus was Beatrice, the owner, who went above and beyond to help us find the best solutions for everything we needed during our stay. She even took a key from another room where my other son was staying, just to make things easier for us. Her kindness and willingness to help were truly exceptional.

Everything was great for our group’s needs — we really couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Great stay in an excellent apartment

The apartment is very spacious and sylish, with good quality facilities. One of the best I’ve stayed in across Europe. The 2 main bedrooms are huge and the bathroom is spacious with a great shower. The communication was excellent.

The 4 flights of stairs were a challenge after a long day, but there is a lift. Be aware that the 3rd bedroom is a child’s room with a short bed. Absolutely perfect for a child though, with thoughtful extras.

We had an amazing time

The location was prefect; there is still a construction site outside, but the windows are very good so it doesn’t really matter. Apart from that everything was very clean and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

For a group of 5 girls a second bathroom or toilet would be great.

Wunderschöne Wohnung nahe des Zentrums, dennoch ruhig

Das Apartment ist groß, hell, sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (ein Mix aus modern und schönen antiken Möbeln). Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Bad und die Küche sind modern, neu und praktisch. Die Lage ist absolut ideal (ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Bologna Centrale und 10 Min. zur Piazza Maggiore). Dabei ist es in einer ruhigen Straße im 4. Stock (mit Aufzug). Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen zum ruhigen Innenhof aber auch im dritten Schlafzimmer zur Straße war nachts wenig zu hören. Die Betten sind bequem, es stehen mehrere Kopfkissen und Decken zur Auswahl. Sehr großzügig war, dass Kaffee, Tee, Spritz, Zucker, Kekse, Essig, Öl usw. bereit standen, so dass wir nicht alles kaufen mussten. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und kleine Cafès sind in der Nähe und natürlich gibt es Hunderte von Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Beatrice, die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und war über WhatsApp für Fragen und Anliegen schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Ihre Tipps für Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr gut. Wir empfehlen das Apartment gerne weiter.

Wie viele andere Gäste bereits schrieben, ist Bologna zur Zeit eine Großbaustelle, weil die Straßenbahngleise renoviert werden. D.h. manchmal kann man Straßen nur über Umwege überqueren. So auch vor dem Apartment. Die Bauarbeiten finden jedoch nur tagsüber statt und während unserer Anwesenheit war in unserer Straße gar keine Bauaktivität. Ein extra WC zusätzlich zum Bad wäre toll, wenn 4-5 Gäste das Apartment nutzen.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de Béatrice, idéalement placé!

Grand appartement très bien aménagé, idéal pour visiter Bologne. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville touristique. Béatrice est une super hôtesse, elle nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et de conseils.

Ótimo apartamento em Bologna. Anfitriã muito atenciosa.

A anfitriã é muito antenciosa, sempre disponível a nos ajudar. O interior do apartamento ' e moderno, sem carpete, bons aparelhos de ar condicionado (novos). Refrigerador e eletrodomésticos novos. Ótimo apartamento.

A localização poderia ser um pouco mais perto do centro e fomos atrapalhados por uma obra de construção de Tram nas imediações, o que atrapalhou um pouco o acesso dos onibus ao apartamento. Creio que irá melhorar a logistíca para futuro.

Super apartament, ekstra lokalizacja, bardzo miła Właścicielka :)

Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja bardzo blisko centum. Apartamentu ma przestronne pokoje i przytulne wnętrze. Właściciele dbają o to, aby na start wszystkie potrzeby były zaspokojone - czekał na nas poczęstunek, herbatka, dodatkowe wyposażenie również jest na wysokim poziomie.

Nie ma rzeczy, która nam się nie podobała, wszystko było super :) Jeśli miałabym napisać, czego nam jako grupie znajomych brakowało to dodatkowej łazienki / WC przy ilości 5 osób, ale przy sprawnej organizacji i jej brak nie był dla nas żadnym problemem :)
