Easy arrangements to collect keys; clean apartment; good location.
There was no air conditioning, which was tough over a hot weekend in Bologna! But the fans provided in both bedrooms helped mitigate that slightly.

We loved the apartment and the location was great too. We received clear instructions with the check in and check out. The apartment was perfect, just like on the pictures. We had an amaizing time there.

The location was good
No aircon in July summer heat, property was extremely hot. Asked for an extra fan only after third night received extra fan, they did not at first want to supply. We were not able to use the one shower because shower door was broken and not fixed before we checked in. One shower between four people was not great. The owners did not give any refund or discount. We specifically booked a unit with two bathrooms. Still had to pay same rent for the 4 days.!!!
