Perfect place to stay in Bologna

It was super spacious and central. Nice environment and decor. Super well equipped you really feel at home. Host was so welcoming and accommodating and helpful at any time. Honestly the best flat I’ve stayed in.

Property need some work. Furniture was worn. No soap in bathroom, lacked amenities. One room true bed. One room pull out couch. One twin beds, no sheets.

Exceptional customer experience. 20 points in 1-10 scale

We needed early checkin to leave bags and go to the fair. As the apartment was still busy the host showed up at the train station where we arrived from the airport and he took our bags that were waiting for us after the fair at the apartment. Exceptional customer experience!

Soggiorno stupendo a Bologna

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli già dalla mattina in attesa di poter fare entrare dal pomeriggio. Posizione fantastica a due passi dal centro e servitissima con bar, ristoranti e negozi sotto casa. Casa molto grande che può accogliere tranquillamente fino a 7 persone, pulita e accogliente. anche se la prenotazione non includeva alcun pasto ci hanno fatto trovare caffè e thè a disposizione e anche dei cornetti, cosa molto apprezzata

Nella descrizione dell'appartamento c'era scritto che oltre al letto matrimoniale, c'era 1 letto matrimoniale alla francese, invece erano 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto (quindi non letto tradizionale alla francese). ma abbiamo dormito comunque abbastanza comodamente.

Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist einfachst eingerichtet. Sofa durchgesessen, Stühle wackeln alle. Sehr viele Sachen - Duschschwamm , angebrochene duschmittel ,angebrochene Lebensmittel der Vormieter waren noch da - nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig . Unsere Schranktür war kaputt und deshalb waren alle Schubladen nicht nutzbar. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgeliefert. Nicht sehr sauber. Beschrieben sind 2 Badezimmer - aber nur in einem Bad ist eine Dusche. Bei unserer Ankunft mit dem Auto war die gesamte Straße aufgerissen - es gab keinen Hinweis des Vermieters . Parkgarage haben wir zum Glück noch gefunden.

posizione ottima, 3 fermate di autobus dalla stazione e 10' a piedi dal centro storico. l'appartamento è grande e bello, arredato con gusto anche se si percepisce chiaramente che si tratta dell'arredo originale di una casa abitata da una famiglia con figli- La cosa personalmente non mi dispiace, anzi restituisce una atmosfera casalinga piacevole.

Si vedono i segni di un arredo, bello e ricercato, ma con i segni del tempo e dell'uso. Ho sentito la mancanza di una manutenzione che avrebbe reso impeccabile l'alloggio. lampadine non funzionanti o mancanti, la tv inutilizzabile, un'anta scorrevole dell'armadio fuori dai binari per cui bloccata in apertura, pensili della cucina da regolare, insomma nulla di grave e non risolvibile con una buona manutenzione.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Es war Wasser im Kühlschrank, Cafe zur Selbstbedienung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Empfehlung.
