Wonderful apartment, close to the piazza but quiet

Great location near the piazza with a huge patio to people watch and relax. Everything is walkable, food, shops, sights. Very quiet at night, newly renovated with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Highly recommend for couples. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A super modern apartment set within the traditional porticoes of Bologna.

A beautiful apartment embedded within the traditional porticoes with super balcony’s and amenities. We enjoyed listening to the hustle and bustle of talented buskers in the main square. Close to supermarkets, delicious coffee shops and local attractions. The host was fantastic. Thanks for an unforgettable visit.

Great location, great host, spacious clean room.

Great location, it really couldn’t be better! We had an early flight, and Matteo truly saved the day. The room was ready earlier than expected, so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. Words aren’t enough to express how thankful we were. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of all major spots. Clean room and a very comfortable bed.

Apart from it being noisy, we had a wonderful time.

The location was excellent, extremely clean and comfortable. Stylish with everything we needed.

The doors to the terrace did not seem to shut out any outside noise from the street below. It made the apartment very noisy.

Perfect location in the centre of Bologna for exploring the city. Apartment was small (one room) but comfortable and clean. Check in was easy.

Window didn’t have a great blind so there was some light coming in from the courtyard at night time.

Loved it!

Everything was fantastic, with all the comforts provided for. It was so great to have an instruction manual for the combo oven! And it was a pleasant surprise to have towels changed every few days, which we didn’t expect in an apartment. Matteo was always available, with immediate answers to every text and Barbra was very helpful with all of our little needs. We loved the apartment and will definitely stay here next time we are in Bologna.

It would have been helpful to also have an instruction manual for the washer/dryer.

We thought it was in a fabulous location , clean, modern and comfortable.

Right in downtown old center - clean all the needed items to cook and function and sit comfortably. All was great with apartment.

The washer / dryer unit not working and no instructions- should leave extra trash bags etc

Great location but it’s neither an apartment nor suite

The location

It is called a suite but it is not. It only has one bedroom and one bathroom, both of which are quite small. There is only one chair in the room and there is no place for two people to sit. It is misleading to call it Deluxe King Suite, which was what we paid for.

Great choice for the price. Host very responsive.

Easy access. Excellent location and well stocked toiletries. The apartment appears new and well furnished. Block out blinds (which are external) worked well. Caught a taxi from the airport and walkable with a small suitcase to the train station. Close to the major sites and many restaurants. Construction (throughout Bologna for the tram line) means it is difficult to cross the street but in my room (Smeraldo) there was no noise from construction work.

Duplex set up with bed upstairs not suitable if mobility issues. A bit dark in the room but was out most of the day so not really an issue.

The location is amazing it’s literally steps from Piazza Maggiore . The property is also huge. Our unit was a loft style with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The host Matt was very responsive.

Perfect location in Bologna but construction outside is an issue

The apartment was lovely but the construction outside took away from what would be a perfect location. We had a few issues that I’m sure were unique to our stay — a power outage and a grumpy tradesman who was no doubt there to mop up the fall-out of the outage. I would stay here again once the tramline construction outside is complete. Apartment is beautiful with all amenities.

Luxury in Bologna

The apartment is a luxurious treat in the centre of Bologna. It is beautifully laid out and equipped with everything you need. Despite some roadworks outside you couldn’t hear anything and it was lovely to open the balcony doors and hear some of the music from the piazza while having a drink. We really loved it.

Well appointed place and great communication

Loved the decor, location, comfort of the beds and ease of communication with the host. There was street construction on the street directly outside so while that was a bummer, I wouldn’t dock the property for that. Regardless, the location was central and aside from the construction making the views bad, everything else about our stay was amazing.

Excellent property in a perfect location. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped, and so comfortable. Modern elevator and air conditioning. The host, Matteo, was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We will surely be back!

Location was amazing, the apartment was gorgeous, a lot of space and beautiful bathrooms. Keyless entry was flawless, super safe for being right in the middle of everything. Next time we come to Bologna we will definitely stay here!!!

Two of the group stayed in Turchese Suite very little hanging space , bathroom needed a shelf for toiletries . & possibly bedside cabinet with drawers …. However all this didn’t distract from an exceptional stay
