Overall, a nice stay in a perfect spot!

You can’t really find a better location. It’s right next to the basilica, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in our room, which made it a bit inconvenient. The host was friendly, though the response time could have been quicker.

The air conditioning does not work in our room San Pietro, it did not cool the room at all and I would suggest needs to be serviced. Having only one set of keys…it would be useful to have two front door keys.

The location is perfect, just around the corner from Piazza Maggiore Easy communication by the hosts. Easy chrckin. Complimentary tea and coffee. Kitchenette well appointed so you can make your own food if you want.

quiet, clean, comfy room right in the heart of the city

location absolutely superb, both in the very best area for the old quarter, and yet the room is quiet and private. Room was a little lacking in atmosphere and had an odd steps arrangement (that for a wobbly old lady was a bit tricky in the night) but comfy bed and clean space, well equipped. Not romantic, nor historic, but practical and provides all you need, and you step outside right into the beating heart of the city.

Great location near Piazza Maggiore. Good cost for value.

GREAT location right by Piazza Maggiore, very safe, very walkable. Close to lots of attractions, shopping, restaurants and bars, but still quiet. The room was modern and clean with plenty of space for us. There was a communal eating area and kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, oven, and all cookware/cutlery as well as complementary coffees and teas. The host was polite, helpful and very responsive!

Only a few recommendations-I would put a fitted bottom sheet for the bed (it kept moving) and buy more comfortable pillows. Additionally, leave more towels and shampoos/soaps for guests, but it depends on the length of their stay. Lastly, it may be helpful to number or mark the keys. I had to try them all to figure out which key opened which of the doors. You will need WhatsApp to communicate if you don’t already have it. Overall, this is a property worth staying at in Bologna.

A bit sterile. It was a bit unpleasant to receive a quite unfriendly Whatsapp 10 days after our stay with the information that we had not paid the city tax - as nobody had told us to do... anyway, everybody has excused and we could pay the few Euros, but this has left an unpleasant feeling.

there was a weirdly placed step down a couple steps from the bed to walk two steps to get to the bathroom. tripping hazard if you forgot it was there in the dark. the room was just ok - not comfortable, just adequate.

Very pleasant property, felt safe as a solo traveller.

Gaining access on the first day was tricky, the instructions on how to enter, where to enter was unclear. Need to have better signage on the name of the building, I kept looking for apartment Sei Chiese when I should have been looking for Generali building. Additional information on gaining access to the correct floor. my host was very responsive when I needed them.

Perfect location, very clean

In the appartment air conditioning wasnt working, we had 28 grades in the room. Poor view from the window. We payed via booking total amount, but stuff wanted to charge us additionaly for taxes via suspicious link (confirned with booking that we shouldnt use it and we shouldnt pay) THE MOST IMPORTANT - Check in was online, we had to send our IDs photos via hotel site, but they've lost it and wanted us to send photos of our IDs once again. It's very dangerous, because we dont know where our personal data was lost and sent
