Location is really convenient and excellent
Short taxi ride to Bologna Centrale station and close to all the restaurants and stores
If I really had to suggest an improvement I’d say the stairs to get luggage up and down can be challenging for older people. The elevator covers certain floors . It was ok for me

Very centrally located, right next to Piazza Maggiore - all facilities nearby and quiet at night despite being close to busy streets. Spacious and very clean.
-The air conditioning / heater is very loud - it didn’t bother us but something to keep in mind.
-The lift was broken so it’s a fair amount of stairs to climb, if you’re not fit I would avoid.
-You need to pay 7€ per person in city tax (that’s an official tax) but we got no receipt and were initially asked to pay cash (in the end I had to create a paypal account for this) - this was pretty inconvenient
-you have to look at the far right of the bathroom window to see the tower (still, location is 10/10)

The location is excellent- close to everything and on a vibrant narrow, winding street. The owner is responsive to requests for help, although he never got back to us about having a technician look at the lift.
Be warned- the property claims that it has a lift. It does- after you climb 51 steps. In addition, after getting our luggage to the apartment on arrival, the lift no longer operated the 3 nights we were there, so make that 97 steps. The apartment itself is ok, although there are no chairs with backs, leaving you the option of sitting on a stool or sitting in bed to watch television.
