Perfect stay

The best authenic house I've been to, and I've been to many places. The beds are super comfortable. The view is amazing and it has an inner yard, we could not use but it looked beautiful.

Lovely rustic apartment is a good central location.

Rustic charm, spotless and in a good location.

The was building work going on to the front and back of the property during our stay which was very noisy. Booking.com stated al taxes and charges included however I think they need to advise this is an additional amount of €7 per person per night.

Would defintely recommend this well located spacious apartment.

This was an incredibly spacious apartment in an ideal location. Walking distance to all the sights, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment is charming with unique decor. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee pods. Having a washer with detergent was a bonus, plus a clothesline for drying. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. She communicated well and was very friendly.

We had an issue with the freezer beeping endlessly, but she had her brother come over to correct it. I suggest getting a more comfortable and spacious sofa so the room can be utilized better.

Gem of an apartment in the heart of Bologna

We had a fantastic time at Casa Ena! The apartment is well located; at a walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We were with four and the accommodations were excellent. We fell in love with the authentic details in the apartment. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Everything we needed and more was present in order to make our stay comfortable. Communication was also excellent. I would recommend Casa Ena to anyone wanting to stay in Bologna.

This apartment is in the most ideal location and it is clean, comfortable and quiet! Perfect family apartment. Even with air conditioning. Very helpful owner. We loved staying here while exploring Bologna.

Una vacanza nel centro storico di Bologna

Casa Ena è un appartamento in un edificio storico che pur trovandosi a 200 metri in linea d'aria da Piazza Maggiore è sito in una stradina secondaria molto silenziosa. I vicini di appartamento sono silenziosi e non si percepisce alcun rumore fastidioso. L'appartamento è accogliente, la pulizia buona, e gli arredamenti sono coerenti con lo stile conservativo dell'edificio. Sono disponibili alcune guide sulla città ed altri libri che rientrano perfettamente nel contesto dell'arredamento. Nel soffitto del corridoio si vedono le travi in legno ed i tavelloni, che danno quel tocco di storicità autentica, le finestre sull'esterno dell'edificio danno sulla strada ed internamente si affacciano su di un quieto giardino interno. I servizi essenziali (asciugamani, cuscini, lenzuola, bagnoschiuma) erano tutti presenti e puliti, come accessori quali il phon e la lavatrice. La cucina era dotata dei prodotti essenziali che si usano in piccole dosi (olio, sale) ed anche di quei prodotti per la pulizia di stoviglie e superifici, oltre a qualche cialda per il caffè, gli elettrodomestici (microonde, frigo, congelatore) presenti e funzionanti.

Non ci sono nè scuri nè tapparelle alle finestre, ma solo tende. Forse una mascherina da notte nel kit di accoglienza potrebbe essere gradita. Mancano alcune piccole manutenzioni secondarie: le batterie cariche nel telecomando ed alcune lampadine da sostituire.

Très bon séjour à Bologne.

Appartement très spacieux, très propre et beaucoup de charme, il est typique. Son emplacement est idéal. Tout est très bien organisé en terme d'accueil et de confort.

Un petit bémol : Des travaux au rez-de-chaussée ont occasionné du bruit en journée et un peu de poussière. Heureusement, nous quittions le logement tôt. Je pense qu'il est préférable d'en informer les locataires en amont.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage. Sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Haben wir für die letzte Nacht vor der Rückreise gleich noch mal gebucht.

In Zeiten des in vielen von Tourismus geprägten Regionen Europas aufkommenden "Tourist go home!" (...was verständlich ist wegen des Wegfalls von Wohnraum und der damit verbundenen Verdrängung der Bevölkerung...) fühlt man sich leider oft ein wenig unwohl, wenn man für seine Ferien eine solch schöne Altbau-Wohnung in Anspruch nimmt. Bleibt die Hoffnung, dass die Situation in Bologna im Allgemeinen (Leerstand) und bei der gewählten Unterkunft im Speziellen anders gelagert ist. Keine schlechte Bewertung, mehr ein Kommentar!

Piękne, stylowe mieszkanie z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Okolica cicha i spokojna, bardzo blisko Piazza Maggiore. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie,nawet wieczorem. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe (klucze czekały w skrzynce), możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Super kontakt z Isabellą, dostaliśmy też wskazówki gdzie zjeść i zrobić małe zakupy. Będziemy wszystkim polecać,a jak wrócimy do Bolonii to na pewno do Casa Ena.
