great location, staff very friendly, responsive and attentive. allowed us to store luggage with then in reception before check-in. room was very clean and a good size for family of 4. beds were comfortable. bathroom very good size.
there was a slight smell of dampness and it would have been good to be able to open the balcony door but the bed was in the way. would be even better if check-in and check-out times were slightly more flexible.

Location was good, Access was easy, Host were lovely.
Free laundry/ Dryer available after 3pm
Door code for building entry and room entry was handy not needing key cards
Walking distance to most of the city attractions
Stair loft to the beds were hard on the knees :D

Only the location and the fairly easy access to the room.
Room and bathroom not clean, lights generally inadequate and half of them in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan unbelievably noisy, and in order to turn it off you also had to switch off the lights (those of them that worked). The room was smaller than what you got the impression from the photos. And generally not clean.
