The room is very modern and an equipped kitchen and bathroom. The shower is amazing.

We booked a studio, but the bathroom layout is poorly designed, with the toilet positioned almost directly in front of the towel heater, making the space uncomfortable to use. During check-in, guests are required to agree to numerous rules, including conducting a full inspection of the room within two hours of arrival. If you fail to report any issues within that time and something is later found to be wrong, you are held financially responsible. In addition, a €200 security deposit is required, which was not clearly disclosed on Booking at the time of reservation.

Very good stay in a central location

Central location, renovated and spacious flat with balcony for the one we chose. Easy check-in.

Walls are quite thin but we were lucky to have reasonable neighbours. We were told on the last day that we could leave our luggage in the office from 9:00 to 18:00. Unfortunately, the lady said she couldn't keep our luggage and offered to leave them unattended in the basement that anyone could access. She said there would be always an employee there to monitor the luggage but there was no one. So we prefered taking them back and leave them in a secured locker. Not a big deal but would have been nice to service that they have a secured little room for luggage drop.

The location in central Bologna is perfect. The keypad access works smoothly. The furniture in the room is of high quality. Having parking nearby with a multi-entry tariff is a real bonus.

The room was cold, and despite adjusting the thermostat, it wouldn't go above 17.5 degrees. The only table in the room was a high dining table with footstools; there was no proper desk for a laptop. Although I requested an invoice upon arrival, it took more than 10 days for me to receive it.

Great location, lovely hosts.

They send you the codes for all doors via WhatsApp, no physical keys required which was great for us both going in and out separately and not having to carry or worry about a key. The rooms are lovely and great soundproofing. Perfect location for getting everywhere on foot. They let. us leave our bags on arrival and on the day of departure so we didn't need to carry them around the city. all hosts were lovely.

We expected housekeeping minimum. every 2 days (if not every day) but they didn't come in once during our 5 day stay. I like to have fresh towels and the bed made properly.

Trendy design, quite clean and fitted out with a kitchen and some appliances. Dishwashing soap, a drying towel and dish washing soap were also supplied, which is great for the few things you use during the stay. Staff very helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well

The beds were not good. Thin mattresses m, sloping towards the center. We’re not big fans of the bed linen to consist of layers (a sheet, duvet and spread) as they always seem to self-disassemble overnight causing us to wake up. We stayed on the ground floor, and despite the super high and thick quality front door, the apartment was very noisy. Nightly toilet flushes from neighbours and people entering the main hallway were very audible.

A gem in a lovely city

Room was clean and modern. I love how there is a window in the bathroom. Kitchen is also well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Unlike other places, the office is located right on the ground floor so there is someone to speak to when you have questions. It is close to the main attractions so we were able to walk to everywhere during our stay. A grocery shop is nearby (within 5min walk) which is great when we didn't feel like eating out.

Great location in the heart of the city

The location is great, a few walking minutes away from the center area - Piazza Maggiore. The apartment was very nice, new and clean. We had everything we needed, including breakfast delivered to our door if we ordered it the day before. Restaurants and coffee places nearby, a Coop at the end of the street 3 minutes away, farmacy 2 minutes away. Can't say anything bad about it as it was perfect. Would definitely come again to this place.

Borderline... not luxury or in anyway premium

Property in good location... the profit picture on website kinda sell a different story as the apartment was way smaller than expected

Firstly the room 20... bathroom light was broken so flashed all night as was broken and mentioned to reception but nothing done... air con was on and on so although control limited... was there 5 nights a not at any point was room cleaned or even prepared which as it was 35 degrees quiet shocking in a "luxury" stay

Too loud, next to the street, smelly toilet, no value for money (200€ for nothing)

The location was perfect. Than it was smelly toilet, and suuuuper noisy. When I did the booking I was asked about what type of room i wanted and i just asked for a quiet room, to receive at the end the room just next to the street on the ground floor. I couldn’t sleep in the night because of the noise.

Wonderful location in central Bologna. Lacking a few finishing touches.

Central location.

TV was very unresponsive to remote. Couldn’t turn tv off some nights. Coffee machine was temperamental. No working lights on the hot tub (as seen in pictures of the property). No direction for where to take out bins. (Although small print of the handbook stated a €50 fine if these were left…) No ‘option’ of extra towels, extra toiletries, extra coffee or sugar etc) Apparently didn’t come with any salt, pepper, oil, balsamic. I.E. Basic cooking necessities.
