The location is excellent and one of the apartment's biggest strengths. It is situated in a beautiful, well-maintained historic building with a charming entrance hall and a lovely inner courtyard. The communicatiion with host was good and he replied very soon. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious, with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous living room, and a cozy kitchen. Almost everything was very clean and making for a comfortable stay..

The apartment is furnished primarily with the cheapest random furniture. The bookshelf is filled with kitschy decorations, giving the space little character. The kitchen inventory is also a bit disappointing: the tableware consists of a mismatched collection of plates, cups, and glasses, some of which are even chipped or damaged. For an apartment with so much potential, we found the interior disappointing and lacking in style. This is unfortunate, as with a modest investment and a bit more attention to the furnishings and decor, the apartment could have a much more attractive and inviting appearance.

No kettle and could do with more glasses and coffee cups and mugs , as with a dishwasher kept loading it and running out.

Eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler aber trotzdem ruhiger Lage in Bologna. Zwei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit gutem Schlafsofa. Zwei Bäder. Also für sechs Personen gut geeignet. Der Kontakt zu Federico war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen erfolgte schnell eine Rückmeldung. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
