Terrible and very disappointed
location
extremely poorly managed. The facilities were very poor. For example: advertised washing machine which was out of order for the entire stay. We booked for 3 adults and a baby and were given towels for only 3 adults made worse by the fact that there was no washing machine and the managing agent said that they would provide more towels which did not happen. they said we would be reimbursed for the laundry cost but there was no laundromat close by and defeated the white purpose of having the washing machine. in particular if we needed fresh towels or baby’s clothes had to be washed. The portable air conditioners in one of the bedrooms did not work despite an attempt by the agent to fix it. The floor in the bedroom was lifting probably because of the water leaking from the air conditioner unit. when we arrived we enquired about a closed door and was advised this was the owners room. We discovered when someone tried to fix the air conditioner that it was in fact the second bathroom. we had to sleep at night with the windows open and the noise was unbearable. As a result of all the above our daughter with a 5 month old baby had to find alternative accommodation. out of all the places we have booked with Booking.com this would have to be the worst accommodation we have booked and makes us seriously consider not using Booking.com in the future.

Que tuviera dos cuartos de baño. La cama cómoda. La ubicación del apartamento es buena. El checkin muy fácil y las instrucciones que mandan muy buenas.
El aire acondicionado nada bueno. El ruido insoportable del aire acondicionado en la habitación. No sé podía poner cuando estábamos teniendo 27 o 28 grados por la noche. Hay bastante ruido de vehículos en la calle por lo que dormir con la ventana abierta, olvidado.
