Great trendy apartment in great location for both train station and the town centre - loved it great city

Perfect location and splendid experience.

Very kind and prepared staff, the flat was well accommodated to guests and the reception is available for help and additional requests such as booking taxis to the airport or somewhere else. Location is perfect. 10 mins away from the Central Train station, the actual city centre is around the corner. Lots of places to visit and check no more than 30 mins away by foot.

The only thing is that the blow dryer is located in the bathroom, next to the shower which gets it moldy. Everything else is perfect.

This apartment is a gem in Bologna 100%!

Location, staff service/communications, and cleanliness/style of the apartment! I could walk everywhere, I was surrounded by fun bars/restaurants, and comfortable amenities inside.

Beautifully clean. The lady on check in was lovely. There was a very kind little snack pack left which was a lovely touch! The area was great, convenient to get to everywhere. Lots of info on the apartment on the surrounding area.

It was very cold, there was no way of turning the heating on as the thermostat was locked in a little box. Once in bed and under the covers it was fine but when not in bed it was very chilly. The seating was quite uncomfortable too, if you weren’t lying on the bed it was fairly uncomfortable on the chairs. That said we still had a really lovely stay.

Charismatic and chic apartment in the heart of Bologna

We arranged a lower level apartment, no stairs. Was a great apartment, fantastic locality. In terms of accessibility to restaurants and bars, absolutely spoiled for choice. Most major attractions are within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, chic and light filled. No complaints with the facilities

My husband is a tall and big guy, found the bathroom close to claustrophobic, however we anticipated this when staying in Italy.

Stylish apartment in good location

Great location with a short walk to town and lots of nice restaurants locally. We had a nice little outdoor seating area in our apartment. Comfy beds and well decorated, very stylish. Very secure with a good keypad entry system.

Our apartment was on the ground floor and was quite gloomy and the bathroom was a bit cramped. This didn't detract from our enjoyment of it, however.

Clean, tidy apartment with lovely roof terrace. Plenty of restaurants, Cafes and bars nearby. Only 10 min to wander into

Central location. 10 mins walk from Bologna Central Train station.

If there was anything to say, it is that if you are on upper floors….there is no lift in the property

Excellent place to stay whilst visiting Bologna on holiday.

The apartment was spacious, very clean with a nice terrace and very good facilities. The location was excellent with only a short 10 minute walk into the old town. There were numerous cafes and restaurants nearby of which the owners of the apartment had provided a list of recommendations. We would definitely recommend this place to stay as a base for any visit to Bologna.

The only downside for us was the 3 flights of stairs needed to climb in order to access the rooftop apartment - but it was worth it to stay in such a nice apartment!

Beautiful cared apartment poor

The location is very good. Beautiful cared apartment. Found some snacks and a bottle of ice tea was nice when we arrived. Comfortable beds and coffee machine was nice too.

That the ac is not adjustable but its set at 26 degrees.

4 perfect nights for a solo female traveller - clean and safe, with plenty of help nearby

Easy, quick to respond, super helpful staff - special thank you to Sofia who definitely went the extra mile to help me quickly recover a misplaced packing cube! Last minute change of apartment but all was explained and not an issue. Great little extras - the useful recommendations, basic essentials provided, as well as some juice and snacks was massively appreciated! Clean, conveniently close to everything. The duplex apartment was brilliant once I got used to walking up three flights of stairs.

I'll probably look out for a balcony or pool further away in future - nothing wrong with this apartment/company though and certainly recommend! An extra few towels and some herbs in the kitchen to help with cooking would have been perfect.

Nice apartment good location stairs maybe issue for some

Location on edge of tourist hotspots but only 20 min walk to main central square. . Plenty of bars/restaurants very close to the property but apartment quiet.

Only downside for anyone with a large case or mobility issues are the very steep stairs to the apartment which is on the top floor . Facilities in the apartment were great .

Warm and cozy.

Federica was amazing. Even before I arrived, we were already in touch to make sure I’d easily find the check-in location, and on the morning of my arrival, everything went smoothly. Once I got there, she gave me lots of helpful tips about the city—where to eat, what to see, and which neighborhoods were worth exploring. The apartment felt very safe, with secure coded access. I also really appreciated how clear and communicative she was during the check-in process. She kept me informed while my room was being prepared and made sure everything was ready for me. During my stay, I unfortunately wasn’t feeling well for a while, but Federica went above and beyond. She helped me find local doctors, contacted them on my behalf, and checked in regularly to see how I was doing. All in all, it was a great stay—safe, well-located, and peaceful, with no noise issues from outside. I honestly have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb apartment in good location

The location was excellent for all attractions, and we felt safe at all times. Information provided by the host was extremely useful for where to eat and shop. The apartment was very secure and immaculately clean.

The outdoor court yard was a little small and overlooked by upstairs apartments so not really private.

I was delighted to stay for three nights in the apartment. If I'm fortunate, I hope to return.

Exceptional apartment located in an inviting area of the city, surrounded by various shops and cafes. Just a 10-minute walk to the historic city center. I was particularly impressed with the beautiful interior design, the very comfortable bed, the modern bathroom, and the spacious shower. The apartment also features a good small refrigerator, quality wine glasses, and plenty of lamps for excellent lighting.

The windows offer a non-interesting view, and the apartment is located on the third floor without a lift. However, these minor issues were expected based on the apartment's description.

Perfect location for a break in Bologna

Good location between the old town and central station. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Fredrica was helpful and responsive. We were really pleased 😀 with our visit. The only negative was the noise when the window was open even in the night and early morning with people queuing outside for view of canal. Would have also appreciated a mirror only bathroom mirror(minor point)!

Disappointing

Nice bright bedroom with high ceilings and pleasant decor; some good bars and restaurants nearby

Disappointing in light of the review score (I suggest reading reviews sorted by lowest first; they more accurately reflect the experience I had, anyway). The flat was cold and the centrally controlled heat can’t be modified (at home we heat to 18-19 degrees but this felt considerably colder). It felt a bit cheap to have just three coffee pods for a three-night stay, two of which were creamy vanilla flavored. The sitting area was small, stark and uncomfortable (see photo). The terrace is shared with the neighboring flat and looks onto the backs of some fairly grubby buildings. As warned, the flat is a walk-up (four flights of stairs); it’s about a 12-minute walk to the center. Tiny shower with no place to put shampoo/gel. Staff was pleasant enough but no real service or feeling of hospitality (but you can store your luggage in the office). I regret to say better comfort and service can be found in a nicer, more central area at the same price.

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Area

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It is close to many restaurants and cafes but very quiet & about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square and Quadrilatero. The lounge area had lots of space with a lounge and a good sized dining area. The kitchen was on the small side but had a good size fridge & most things we needed to cook a meal if we wanted but with all the food options in Bologna we had no need. When we didn't want to eat out we bought food from Quadrilatero market or the other amazing food delis & took it back.

There was no plug for the kitchen sink so we had to use the dishwasher, which was a bit of a waste given it was a full size dishwasher and use a lot of dishes.

Ticked all the boxes!

we chose the ground floor apartment so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. Great to have a washing machine and we appreciated the few goodies left for us to get us started. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the train station. Also 15 minutes away from the main piazza. Decore was lovely too.

Great apartment with facilities

Great location just 10mins walk to Piazza Miggore. There are many restaurants nearby where you can get your meals. The apartment is in a quiet locale (no noisy street traffic at night), well equipped and large (in comparison to hotel rooms). In the hot summer weather, the washing machine was godsend if you travel lite and want to refresh your clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish the Aircon was colder. I had it at 18 degrees Celsius but it wasn’t cold enough (no blanket). The Aircon was noisy too but having ear plugs helped. The only thing I found strange was that there was no duvet or blanket. I only had the top sheet. Checked with the admin after I checked out and they said there’s none for summer because it’s too hot but they can provide if needed. So do request if you prefer to still have a blanket or duvet.

The apartment was very clean and had everything required. Excellent location very close to the centre of Bologna, easy walking to the famous sites. Eating options excellent! We greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendation for the evening we arrived.

Late request for a copy of my passport to enable late arrival. The request came on my day of arrival while I was driving to the airport in the UK. I was able to forward this from my phone...not sure everyone could do that. 24 hours earlier would have been so much easier.

Great option for a family stay

Great location and easy to check-in at any time (with instructions and codes). The appartment is great, spacious, well decorated and with a beautiful balcony. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, which were great for the 40º weather. Crib available for our child. Kitchen with everything you may need. Easy to talk to the staff. Supermarket (Conad) nearby.

No lift and price a bit expensive (compared to other appartments/hotels I've stayed before in bigger cities).
