Very well appointed rooms, clean, comfortable and good touches with Nespresso pods and sugar for morning coffee. Good location very close to railway station (10 min walk), Piazza Maggiore (6 min walk) and close to many key parts of Bologna. Staff were super helpful.

The apartment was in a great location. The decor was very nice, quite quirky. Although the apartment was central it was extremely quiet. The house was extremely helpful and hospitable, really really pleased with the service.We would definitely like to visit again.

Great location, spacious apartment, friendly hosts! Very nice!
If you like sleeping with the windows open, a bit noisy because of people on the street at night, but that's only a detail and quite normal in a city and so close to nice restaurants and sights.
