I stayed 4 nights, walked around centre of Bologna, had fine dining and good shopping.

The location was perfect—right in the centre, with everything within walking distance. I visited the San Luca Basilica, which offers a fantastic view over the city. It’s a must-do for every traveller.

great location in the heart of the old town, but believe some improvements could be made in a competive market

perfect location, older style home with high ceilings. 3 bathrooms, very comfortable master bed, laundry facilities available, felt very secure. supermarket very close by with countless cafes and restaurants available.

mouldy and sewage smell in 2 of the bathrooms, shower heads not flowing effeciently ( they did attend to these immediately but probably will require replacement) , appeared clean initially but requires good scrub to clean mould in bathrooms, only had one couch, not ideal for family or those with young children with glass table, hot water not plugged in on arrival but quickly remedied. air conditioner ideally available in every room as it got quite hot despite AC going almost continuously ( plus have spare replacement batteries for remotes) no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods or even water on arrival. had to pay for linen. I believe at this price this should be included despite it being through realestate company . it was really bare minimum.

It could have been a bit cleaner. It appeared clean at first glance but areas in the bathroom and kitchen could have used some extra scrubbing. I would have liked to have been provided shampoo and conditioner for the shower.

Great location and a quiet apartment that felt safe and secure.

Excellent location and spacious rooms. Loved that they had an ensuite for each room which was perfect for our family.

The bathroom in the master bedroom smelt a bit funky and mouldy. The vent did not help to remove the damp smell which permeated the whole bedroom. The air conditioner might be due for a service as it made abnormally loud noises. We had to turn it off while we slept else we kept getting woken up when they fired off and on repeatedly.

The apartment had 3 bathrooms, in 2 of them the showers were clogged and I reported them immediately to the host. She told me that she was going to send someone on the next day; it didn't happened. I was really uncomfortable for 5 people to use 1 shower, it takes forever to get ready.

Host responsive, agreed to early checkin and met us there. Apartment was large, well-located, clean.

Third bedroom small, narrow, bed uncomfortable for an adult. Showers overflowed in two bathrooms (v. poor drainage so we could only us a trickle of water), & showerhead broken in third bedroom. Airconditioners did not work in smallest bedroom; weakly and made too much racket to sleep in largest bedroom. A problem for us in a very hot week in Bologna.

Exceptional

Excellent location, close to a bus station, the towers and a lot of bars and restaurants. Apartment was great for us, best mattress, pillows and blanket I ever had. Open space living and kitchen with all we need. We had a great time!

Functional apartment in excellent central location.

Mattheo from the agency was very helpful suggesting good restaurants and allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment after the checkout time. The apartment is very well located in the centre in a grand building and very secure and quiet. The bathrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall very good value but could be excellent with a little more investment in the furnishings and equipment.

The furnishings and equipment are functional but a bit minimal and cheapskate, mostly from IKEA. So foam pillows, plastic knives, only one sofa and empty spaces where there could be furniture. Further examples: only one plug by the bed so you couldn't use the bedside light and charge your phone at the same time. The kitchen has only one plug for kettle, toaster and microwave so had to keep plugging and unplugging. The floor in the apartment was dusty possibly because it had been empty for sometime. One of the aircon controls was missing and another had no batteries. There were no bin bags but Mattheo from the agency went and got us some. The apartment is quite dark with small windows onto an internal courtyard and lack of lights in the living room.

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man vor allem in den Badezimmern. Wenig Geschirr und nicht vollständig, bei einer 6-er Belegung gabs nur 5 Weingläser. Klimaanlage lief in 1 Zimmer nicht und konnte nicht repariert werden (am Wochenende arbeitet kein Handwerker!) Hatten nach zusätzlichen Handtücher verlangt, leider ohne Erfolg.

Apartamento muy bonito en el centro de Bolonia. Distribución de las habitaciones bien, las camas cómodas, excepto el sofá. Muy buena wifi. Buena limpieza

El sofá cama es infame, muy incómodo. Hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento, tuvimos que apagar todos los radiadores. La presión del agua de la ducha no es buena, cuando se usaba en un cuarto de baño, no se podía usar en el otro. En la cocina no hay ni siquiera una taza o un vaso por persona. Cobran mucho dinero como señal (que aún no me han devuelto), en teoría 7 a 10 días pero me parece mucho en tiempo y en dinero

Het appartement is ruim, de slaapkamers hebben allen een prima badkamer en er is een nette keuken met een Nespresso apparaat. De lokatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. De hostess sprak goed Engels.
