Great stay in Bologna.

We enjoyed our stay in Bologna very much. Tilia was located a close walk to Quadrilatero market, which was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Good communication from Eleonora.

We found it dark getting in late. It was difficult to find switches in the dark.

Perfect stay in Bologna

This is the perfect place to stay in Bologna and if I ever come back, i would definitely stay here again. The apartment was lovely - clean, comfortable, nice decor and it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We stayed in the family apartment which had its own entrance and we felt very safe and secure. The location was great, it was a 10 minute walk to the main square and a few minutes walk to a few bus stops. We were also able to leave our luggage on our last day which was very appreciated.

It looked tired and needed some decoration Too dark and only one window/shutters opened The potential to be fabulous is there but needs some care I did like the size and that it was a period property The location is excellent far from the crowds but short walk to centre

Quaint Bolognese apartment, perfect location for city break!

Perfect for us. An easy walk into and out of town centre. Great AirCon, full of Bolgnese character, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Because there is not a full kitchen (although coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge) the owner (Eleonor) is incredibly generous and personable, she brought us bought breakfast each evening for next morning. Unexpected and thoughtful. Thank you Eleonor, we will gladly return and highly recommend. Grazie

Okay for our short stay of 3 comfortable nights .Easy walking distance to the main square .

Breakfast was okay. There were choices of fresh prepared meat and vegetarian rolls , including pastries and yogurts left in the fridge the evening before for you. Size of the 2 Bedrooms both large .

Having to wash up in the bathroom . I was under the impression there were 2 toilets when searching .booking.com. ,as it read an en-suite bathroom. This was an important choice for us. Unfortunately there was only one .. 4 Guests ( 2 Families ) booked in, only plates for 3 . It wasn't a case of we didn't like , just made us smile.

The room was well equipped and very comfortable with plenty of space, a good sized shower, effective air conditioning, a refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. All of the staff that we met were very friendly, especially Eleonora who made us feel very welcome 👌. The apartment itself is ideally situated for central Bologna with many interesting places close by and within easy reach of excellent restaurants and other places of interest.

There was all you needed ! All was clean and the people send you instruction how to get in with the key outside even late you could go in !

Only when you are in the house you hear all from behind the door who is closed when there are people .

Great cosy spot in Bologna

We needed a place for 3 male adults. I was looking for 3 rooms which was not in a hotel. Tilla offered space for 3 adults but 2 rooms. The twin room was fine even for my 6' 4" friend. We shared a bathroom. Our snorer took the double bed for himself. Breakfast and snacks were very much appreciated. Coffee was very good. Communication was very good and to be clear, the luggage holding area is at thr front of the property inside the gate. I ended up down In the basement!!

Using all of the keys was a little challenging but we got the hang of it in the end. We arrived in the dark and it was raining so that didn't help!

Book tilia without hesitation

My room is one of three rooms in an old building but a well renovated one, with great taste. each room with a private bath and toilet. The three rooms are separated from a small reception room. my room was very spacious, with lovely two high windows, with a lot of natural light. Equipped with a small fridge, kettle, espresso machine and capsules and tea bags. Great heating (air condition), and the bathroom is also specious and hot water is available all the time. The location is perfect, in the old city, a walking distance from main historical attractions such as Piazza Maggiore, the two towers. And a several minutes walk from restaurants, bars and shops. The building is in a quite and lovely neighborhood and a very safe one. Eleonora is great with details and tips. Available to any help or question. We meet only once for few minutes. In my next visits to Bolonga, I'm definitely will be back here.

Location was ok

No personal contact at all. Keys where not in the box where they should be. Very dusty in the room, needs a very good clean. Shower was an cabine, not clean, as wel at the toilet. Needs replacement. They price, it was out 7 th visit in bologna, was way to high. Breakfast was a disaster. A pack of juice in the fridge and 2 peaces of not very nice bread was our breakfast in the Room. Not a nice please to sit with some fresh goodies. Very poor. Our conclusion, a NO

Tilia provided a quiet street and spacious, comfortable bedrooms.

The breakfast arrangement was a bit strange, but our host Eleonora was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery of the food the night before was inconvenient, at best. We loved the size of the bedrooms and the dining area. Tilia has very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Although it is the only place in 28 days that we watched television, having Netflix in English (dubbed or with subtitles) was a nice feature, after we figured out how to work the tv. The rooms were very quiet except for one night when there was a party in the neighborhood. There were plenty of coffee pods for our stay. And, Eleonora replaced the non-working coffee maker on the 2nd morning with a new one. Eleonora had a very good grasp of positive customer service and we appreciated all of her efforts to make our stay comfortable.

The description on Booking.com said there was a kitchenette, but that was obvious upon our arrival, for a different set of rooms. The photos did not identify which apt./room they represented. Misleading (maybe, unintentionally so). The worse thing was that dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink. I mean, who does that? It was definitely not convenient, or a sanitary idea.

Very nice located apartment, close to city centre in a quiet street. Eleonora is very kind and helpfull. She got us a taxi for the airport. Beds are good, perfect for two friends travelling togehter, or small family. communication with host, was very good! I give my warmest recommendations!!
