Realkasa Kairos Luxury Apartments

My family loved our time in bologna and loved staying in the apartments. Its a comfortable, modern, apartment in a perfect location that is close to sights, amazing restaurants and markets. The thick windows, room darkening blinds, comfortable beds, and modern AC allowed us to recharge with a great nights sleep. The entry doors are also new and modern and self locking which is also a nice touch. While the apartment is new and modern the building it’s located in is a historical classic in fantastic condition.

We loved everything! We didn't like leaving! I’ll share one thing to make others aware: The apartment is located in an auto restricted zone (which is a good thing) and there is construction for new tramlines. That made finding a meeting point for hired cars and taxi’s a little harder but manageable.

We loved everything! We didn't like leaving! The only thing I would share for other travelers. There were a couple of times we needed to hire a car or a take a taxi and finding a meeting place was tricky for us. The apartment is located in an auto restricted zone (this is actually a good thing overall) and there is currently a lot of construction for new tram lines so that made finding a meeting point for hired cars a little harder.

Pure perfection! Everything was great. This apartament is located right in the heart of Bologna! Very nice stay. The host was incredibly helpful, always there to answer to all our questions. The apartament was big, very clean, amazing view, literally the best place to stay when visiting Bologna! Keep up the good work! Congratulations team Realkasa Kairos Luxury Apartaments!

The location was incredible and it couldn't have been more secure, well maintained property. Managers were super responsive. Huge spacious apartment in the heart of a truly remarkable city of porticos. Magic.
