Clean, provided stuff for us, helped us when we arrived. Very nice place, great spot in town. Perfect for a group of friends.
It was cold and the heat wasn’t working. Apparently heat in Italy does not work after April (we went in May) but still we were cold and there was nothing we could do, especially at night. We could use better blankets.

Great location to explore Bologna. Lots of room and good storage space. Some water left in fridge was welcome and coffee pods.
Very small shower cubicle. Kitchen is equipped but only really caters for two people. Ironing board cover needs replacing. Sofa needs cleaning. No instructions on how to use the air con. All needs a good dust. Front bedroom can be noisy as at street level. Poor intro from agent; no instructions given on hot water, air con and other facilities like washing machine. Thank goodness for google translate.
