Good central location in Verona.

It's above a Bar which is nosy at night time. The hot water service did not work and we had to try to get it working which resulted in a flood in the bathroom. The owner was pro active in helping to fix it and sent a cleaning crew.

Really nice place, really great staff, and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The apartment was very nice, very secure, and it had a beautiful deck area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Getting the keys was a little confusing as we didn’t realize that the office we needed to pick the keys up from was a few blocks from the apartments.

The location is fantastic! The property is beautiful and clean, we were incredibly comfortable! Check in was easy breezy and the team was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay!

Meh-you can find better and MUCH quieter

Size was fine, location is good.

Construction on site for the rest of the building, you can hear everyone in the hall, strange layout requires stairs even though there’s a lift. The reception office is 10 blocks from property. Property feels rickety, with Ikea furniture becoming loose from wear.

We loved the location, ease of getting our keys, and the accomodations. Walked to/from train.

Walk out onto balcony with beautiful view. Kitchenette with full refrigerator. Location was near many activities and eateries, and our friends' hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We had small suitcases and did not struggle with stairs to the second floor. We ran into others who took the elevator which came out a floor below the street entrance and struggled to lug their heavy suitcases up one flight. We helped them.

A comfortable, clean apartment in an excellent location.

Friendly, helpful staff

It would be helpful to know that the office required the person who booked passport details to collect the keys as my friend arrived first and did not have my details. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. As non-smokers, it was disappointing that we were not able to sit on the lovely shared balcony as often as we wanted due to the smoke of the other guests.

1. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. 2. Guests in the next door apartment were loud & boisterous until 3am in the morning on the 22 August. 3. The windows couldn’t be left open because Pigeons were attempting to come inside.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Perfect location close to the old town but within 15 - 20 min walk to the station. Large apartment with good AC and well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff (about 400m away on same road).

The water takes a long time to heat up so you need to need to put it on 5 min before you want a shower. There is building work currently which is noisy but we were out all day so it was not a massive problem. I don't know how long it is lasting.

Great apparent close to city centre with sunny roof top terrace

Lovely spacious apartment with sunny roof terrace. 10 min walk to Piazza Maggiore and plenty of great restaurants and bars close by.

We loved everything about it! There are some building works going around the apartment which detracted slightly from the ambience on the way in and out of building, however we did not hear or see any noise or disruption during our stay. Arriving after 8pm we used automated check in and did not see any staff during the two days we were there. This was fine for us as we were self sufficient and not looking for any advice. There was a WhatsApp number to contact had we had any queries.

Lovely appartment in the centre of Bologna. Spotlessly clean and well appointed we loved our stay and really appreciated the outside space, the cleanliness of the appartment and the super comfy beds. Would recommend.

There were building works in the appartment building (not the fault of Studio Villas) but it did wake us up very early.

Not worth the money with the construction going on

Good location

Building was virtually a construction site with alot of renovations going on and construction material all over the place. Apartment was to tiny for two people. Photos on booking.com make it look better than what it is. Other guests mousy in the passage way and on the small verandah.

The location. The apartment was very spacious. The share roof terrace was great.

A floor brush would have made it easier to keep the kitchen tidy. Wasted a lot of water waiting for the shower to run hot.

Fantastic location, a couple of issues in the apartment

Great location, a few minutes away from Maggiore square and loads of amazing food places on your doorstep. Having a washing machine and a lovely shared terrace to dry clothes on was very handy

The apartment (number 4) had an erratic sounding fridge freezer which randomly made loud noises throughout the night, waking us up several times. The bathroom fan was also very loud and sounds like it needs repairing

We loved the studio! It was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. The patio was so sunny and nice for relaxing. The location was perfect for walking around Bologna. There were plenty of coffee pods and a strong shower. It was perfect for our needs! Nice staff too!

Property should have managed guest expectations and told us in advance about building works

Good location, but bear in mind it's a very noisy area (including at night) full of university students! Spacious apartment with good size bedrooms, worked for three people.

We weren't forewarned that there was building work happening on the same site, which started no later than 8.15am on weekdays and shook the entire place – clanging, banging and shouting. It went on throughout the afternoon too, so no chance of a siesta. Not at all conducive to a restful break. Reception isn't in the same building as the apartments (no.8 and no.47 respectively), which is worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Also means staff aren't aware of the extreme noise level from builders, or what time it starts each morning. Shower water pressure was dismal, which is an issue if you have long hair that needs to be washed! Shower head also in need of descaling.

Beautiful balcony and easy stay in very trendy part of Bologna.

I have stayed at this apartment a number of times for work and the real selling factor is the beautiful big shared balcony which gets sun all day. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and practical for a work trip.

The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy.
