Good location and spacious property

The air conditioning was not very efficient. The kitchen was not air conditioned. Might be tricky for families with kids as there were stair connecting the kitchen and another one for the bedrooms

Size of the apartment, extremely family friendly

Nothing, all was fantastic

Wonderful, comfortable apartment. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen (although we did not cook meals, we could have). Amazing shared terrace space to sit and relax over coffee or at the end of the day. Really good central location that makes it easy to go sightseeing for a couple hours and swing by the apartment for a quick break before going back out, if you don't want to be on the go for 12 hours straight. The office is just down the street. The staff is very friendly and if your train arrives or leaves outside of check-in/out times, they will hold your luggage for you at no cost during office hours. This was so handy.

Literally nothing.

It's above a Bar which is nosy at night time. The hot water service did not work and we had to try to get it working which resulted in a flood in the bathroom. The owner was pro active in helping to fix it and sent a cleaning crew.
