Our flight itinerary changed so we did not arrive in Bologna until midnight. Thankfully, Studio Vita was very accommodating and sent me instructions to be able to use a door code to get in, and collect my keys from a lockbox.
There was just one issue with water leaking in the bathroom. Studio Vita staff responded and took care of the leak when we were out for the day.

Location was great. Shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Terrace was lovely. Kitchen very clean. Heater/AC unit was new and worked well.
Facility a tad small for two people — table tight for two to work at and there’s just one armchair. Toiletries do not include conditioner. Main door to building is only automatic, and takes a while to close. This can be a vulnerability for people on the street to sneak in. I wish there was a way to manually close it quicker after entering, esp late at night.

It's above a Bar which is nosy at night time. The hot water service did not work and we had to try to get it working which resulted in a flood in the bathroom. The owner was pro active in helping to fix it and sent a cleaning crew.
